PROGRESS NOTES

Summary:
We started our first day of duty with a Morning Circle leaded by Mam
Joan Calzada, after the prayer a short information followed then we
wait for our C.I. to come, our C I is Mam Rizl, Mam Calzada instruct us
to wait our C I in BJRMH so we proceed Immediately and wait. When
the time that Mam Rizl arrived we prepare ourselves for the
endorsement. After endorsement of patient our C.I assigned us in
different patient and I have two patients. So after the rounds I
immediately get their V/S and Established rapport to them giving them
health teaching. I monitor them from time to time and have an
interview for my PNA. When 11:30am arrived I get their last VS for this
shift and transcribed it to their chart. Then we went to DRH for our
NSAP then we came back again to BJRMH at 5:00pm for our quiz, then
we went home safely and soundly.

Reflection
This is our first day of duty in this 2nd semester so I tired my best not to
commit any mistakes on this day and I am very happy because my job
had done well. For me this day is very relaxed even though we
assigned in 2 patients because there are no drug administration and no
charting. On this day also I meet many new friends in the NSAP, in
monitoring my patient I did my very best and work it hard for their fast
recovery and I know all my hard works and suffering has an reward
someday I knew that, and I feel it, all I do is to wait, so I will do my best
and I know that God will take the rest.
