    Vitality is directly proportionate to the clarity of the Vision.

    When the Vision and the Inner Voice outweigh the opinions and distractions on the outside you are mastering your life you have Certainty. From that Certainty comes empowered Leadership: Communicating your Values in terms of their Values in a heart to heart exchange. [Not imposing your values in an effort to change theirs.] Everything that has ever happened becomes fuel rather than baggage, in an act of ongoing gratitude the grace from which to act as a creator. To have the guidance and inspiration of the Inner Genius one must first open the heart, and the key is gratitude. Do not get out of bed until you have a tear of gratitude, and write down the guidance that then comes On the verge between sleep and wakefulness, always transition in a state of gratitude. Before going to sleep generate that tear of gratitude, and follow that guidance into your dreams. Love and gratitude are non-dual emotions which provide the keys to unlimited potential. All other emotions create boundaries and limits through their very duality. Vision and passion are a not in themselves enough to manifest our dreams, we also need to bring our vitality and certainty to bear. If we are not loving what we do and doing what we love then we are still incongruent and enslaved by the values of others, rather than working with realistic values of our own. Evidence for this is in each moment when we say I should or I ought to rather than experiencing empowerment and gratitude.
