Support all HR-operations. Maintaining and updating employee master data on HRMS. Administrating HRMS portal and act as HR SPOC for HRMS related queries of employee. Handle entire Joining Process which includes Employee Induction & Orientation Co-ordinating for bank account opening of new joinees. Ensuring entry of new employees information into the system accurately in accordance with HR policies and procedures. Coordinating for PF processing. Preparing payroll input & ensuring its validity. Coordinating with Accounts team for salary transfer. Updating Addition & Deletion data for Mediclaim every month Maintaining personal files of the employee, document verification etc. Taking care of exit formalities.
