    SYMPTOM
    Horizontal banding (rainbow image) may occur at random pitch when printing out at 600dpi
    or 1200dpi with 4C gradation.

    CAUSE
    Slight vibrations are transmitted to the image transfer area, which are then visible as
    banding.

    SOLUTION
    This can be improved by changing the rotational speed of the OPC from -0.2% to -2.8%,
    as described below.
    1. SP1-801-133: Change from -20 to -280.
    2. SP2-111-004: Execute
