    TRUSTEE'S EX-PARTE MOTION FOR DISCOVERY UNDER SEAL

    THIS CAUSE came before the Court on December 4, 2000 in Chambers upon the Trustee's

    Ex Parte Motion Under Seal to Re-Set Status Conference (the "Motion"). The Court, having

    reviewed the Motion, heard argument of counsel and being otherwise duly advised in the premises,

    ORDERS:

    1. The Motion is granted.

    2. The status conference previously set for December 28, 2000 at 2:00 p.m. on

    the Trustee's Ex Parte Request for in Camera Hearing and Application Under Seal to Authorize

    Discovery Through U.S. Bureau of Prisons is hereby rescheduled for December 5, 2000 at 1:30 p.m.

    and will be held in camera.

    3. __This_Order shall be made and maintained_undersealuntilfurther-Order-ofthis

    Court.
