Traditional Balsamic DOP

Traditional Balsamic DOP are the finest balsamic vinegars available on the market. They can come from two regions in Italy: Modena and Reggio Emilia, and each 100ml bottle must be labeled with its their corresponding seal. These balsamic are produced with local grapes freshly pressed into a must, and barrel-aged for a minimum of 12 to 25 years.
