- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- juice from half a lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
- pinch of salt
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped

- 2 (6-ounce) tuna steaks
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (or other high smoke point oil)

Directions
