Peanut boxes[1][2] are breakable yellow barrel-shaped containers that appear in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. They come in two sizes, measuring either two or four blocks on each side. Their appearance plays on the pop-cultural association between elephants and peanuts.
Peanut boxes can be broken in various ways, including by Skedaddlers' projectiles and on contact with Invincible Mario. They may release items when broken, with one even containing a Talking Flower.
