Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Officer to drive our brand's growth in Thailand. The ideal candidate combines creative and strategic thinking with a passion for marketing, business technology, and teamwork. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's presence in the Thai market.

You will develop and execute marketing campaigns that connect with Thai businesses, particularly SME business owners. Your primary focus will be generating demand through search engines and social media advertising while delivering quality leads to our sales team. As part of the marketing team, you'll leverage your understanding of Thai culture and consumer behavior to create compelling, culturally relevant campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive product demand.

Your tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Lead marketing campaigns to drive demand generation and brand awareness in Thailand 
  • Manage and optimize Google ad campaigns through weekly performance reviews and keyword adjustments 
  • Create engaging online content including webinars, blogs, videos, community group, and social media posts to enhance Thai market SEO and product education
  • Execute digital advertising campaigns for products and events to drive customer acquisition
  • Develop strategic marketing initiatives through social media, collaborations, partnerships, and influencer marketing
  • Coordinate product launches and exhibitions while managing resellers and vendors relationships 
  • Work closely with direct and indirect sales teams to share market insights and optimize marketing initiatives 
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in Thailand 
  • Support expansion initiatives through market analysis and reporting

MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Native in Thai, and proficient in English
  • Experience in managing and creating content for Google Search Ads
  • Creative mindset to generate new ideas and solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders
  • Experience in managing TikTok and other major social media platforms in the Thai market

NICE TO HAVE

  • 2-3 years relevant experience in marketing
