Use an IoT box with a PoS¶

전제 조건¶

Before starting, make sure the following equipment is available:

An IoT box, with its power adapter.
A computer or tablet with an up-to-date web browser.
Odoo Online or an Odoo instance with the Point of Sale and IoT applications installed.
A local network set up with DHCP (this is the default setting).
An RJ45 Ethernet Cable (optional, but preferred over WiFi, which is already built in).

Then, connect the peripheral devices to the IoT box.

Device Name	지침
프린터	Connect a supported receipt printer to a USB port or to the network, and power it on. Refer to 주문 인쇄.
Cash drawer	The cash drawer should be connected to the printer with an RJ25 cable.
Barcode scanner	바코드 스캐너가 호환되려면 바코드가 반드시 ‘ENTER’ 문자 (키코드 28)로 끝나야 합니다. 보통 바코드 스캐너에서 많이 사용하는 기본 환경 설정입니다.
크기	Connect the scale and power it on. Refer to Connect a scale.
Customer display	Connect a screen to the IoT box to display the PoS order. Refer to Connect a screen.
Payment terminal	The connection process depends on the terminal. Refer to the payment terminals documentation.

완료 후에는 IoT 박스를 POS 애플리케이션에 연결합니다. 이렇게 하려면 POS ‣ 환경 설정 ‣ POS 로 이동하여 IoT 박스 옵션을 선택하고 이 POS 에서 사용할 장치를 선택합니다.변경 사항을 저장 합니다.

Once set up is done, a new PoS session can be launched.
