사용자¶

Odoo에서 사용자 를 데이터베이스에 액세스할 수 있는 사람으로 정의합니다. 관리자는 회사에서 필요한 만큼 사용자를 추가할 수 있으며, 각 사용자가 액세스할 수 있는 정보에 대한 종류를 제한하기 위해 각 사용자에게 규칙을 적용할 수 있습니다. 사용자 및 액세스 권한은 언제든지 추가하거나 변경할 수 있습니다.

개별 사용자 추가¶

To add new users, navigate to Settings app ‣ Users section ‣ Manage Users, and click on Create.

양식에 필수 정보를 모두 입력하여 작성합니다. 액세스 권한 탭에서 사용자에게 액세스 권한이 있는 각 애플리케이션 내 그룹을 선택합니다.

표시된 응용 프로그램 목록은 데이터베이스에 설치되어 있는 프로그램을 기준으로 합니다.

After filling out all the necessary fields on the page, click Save. An invitation email is automatically sent to the user, using the email in the Email Address field. The user must click on the link included in the email to accept the invitation, and to create a database login.

사용자 유형¶

With the developer mode activated, User Type can be selected from the Access Rights tab of the user form, accessible via Settings app ‣ Users section ‣ Manage Users.

There are three types of users: Internal User, Portal, and Public.

포털 및 공개 사용자 옵션에서는 관리자가 액세스 권한을 선택할 수 없습니다. 이와 같은 사용자 액세스 권한 (예: 기록 규칙 및 제한된 메뉴)은 사전에 설정되어 있으며 보통 일반적인 Odoo 그룹에 소속되지 않습니다.

사용자 비활성화¶

사용자를 비활성화 (즉, 보관 처리)하려면 설정 앱 ‣ 사용자 섹션 ‣ 사용자 관리 로 이동합니다. 그런 다음 비활성화하려는 사용자 왼쪽에 있는 확인란에 표시합니다.

보관하려는 사용자를 알맞게 선택한 후 ⚙️ 활동 아이콘을 클릭하여 드롭다운 메뉴가 나타나면 보관 을 선택합니다. 그런 다음 확인 팝업 창이 나타나면 확인 을 클릭합니다.

Error: too many users¶

If there are more users in an Odoo database than provisioned in the Odoo Enterprise subscription, the following message is displayed.

When the message appears, the database administrator has 30 days to act before the database expires. The countdown is updated every day.

문제를 해결하려면 다음 중에서 선택하세요;

• Add more users to the subscription by clicking the Upgrade your subscription link displayed in the message to validate the upsell quotation, and pay for the extra users.

• Deactivate users, and reject the upsell quotation.

Once the database has the correct number of users, the expiration message disappears automatically after a few days, when the next verification occurs.

비밀번호 관리¶

Password management is an important part of granting users autonomous access to the database at all times. Odoo offers a few different methods to reset a user’s password.

Reset password¶

보안 강화를 위해 본인만 비밀번호를 사용할 수 있도록 개인 비밀번호를 초기화해야 하는 경우가 있습니다. Odoo에서 초기화할 수 있는 방법에는 두 가지가 있습니다. 한 가지는 사용자 측에서 처음부터 비밀번호를 초기화하는 방법이며, 다른 방법은 초기화를 할 수 있도록 관리자 측에서 설정해 주는 방법입니다.

Enable password reset from login page¶

It is possible to enable/disable password resets directly from the login page. This action is completed by the individual user, and this setting is enabled by default.

To change this setting, go to Settings app ‣ Permissions section, activate Password Reset, and then click Save.

On the login page, click Reset Password to initiate the password reset process, and have a reset-token sent to the email on file.

Send reset instructions¶

설정 앱 ‣ 사용자 및 회사 ‣ 사용자 로 이동하여 목록에서 사용자를 선택한 후 사용자 양식에서 비밀번호 재설정 안내 보내기 를 클릭하세요. 이메일로 비밀번호 재설정 안내를 자동 전송합니다.

이메일에 Odoo 로그인 페이지로 사용자가 이동할 수 있도록 링크를 첨부하고 있으며 비밀번호를 재설정하는 데 필요한 내용 모두를 담고 있습니다.

Change user password¶

설정 앱 ‣ 사용자 및 회사 ‣ 사용자 로 이동하여 양식에 액세스할 사용자를 선택합니다. ⚙️ 작업 아이콘을 클릭하면 나타나는 드롭다운 메뉴에서 비밀번호 변경 을 선택합니다. 표시되는 비밀번호 변경 팝업 창의 새 비밀번호 열에 새 비밀번호를 입력한 후 비밀번호 변경 을 클릭하여 변경 사항을 확인합니다.

After clicking Change Password, the page is redirected to an Odoo login page where the database can be re-accessed using the new password.

여러 회사 관리¶

The Multi Companies field on a user form allows an administrator to provide access to multiple companies for existing users. To configure a multi-company environment for a user, navigate to the desired user by going to: Settings app ‣ Users section ‣ Manage users. Then, select the user to open their user form, and configure with multi-company access.

Under Multi Companies in the Access Rights tab, set the fields labeled Allowed Companies and Default Company.

허용된 회사 필드에는 여러 회사를 지정할 수 있습니다. 설정된 접근 권한에 따라 사용자가 회사를 접근하고 편집할 수 있습니다. 기본 회사 는 사용자가 로그인할 때마다 기본적으로 선택되는 회사입니다. 이 필드에 회사는 **하나**만 지정할 수 있습니다.
