Advanced dial plans¶

Typically, companies have a lot of incoming calls every day, but many do not want their teams to answer calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Axivox 고급 다이얼 플랜 기능을 사용하면 프로세스를 자동화하고 어떤 경우에도 라우팅을 설정할 수 있습니다. 이렇게 하면 고객에게 아무도 연결이 되지 않아 대기가 길어지거나 끊어지는 일이 없게 됩니다.

회사에서는 다이얼 플랜에 있는 고급 요소를 활용하여 회사 휴일과 같은 특정 날짜 또는 시간에 적용되는 통화 라우팅을 자동화할 수 있습니다. 또한 발신자가 직접 내선 번호를 입력하고 디지털 안내 센터를 통해 자동으로 연결되게 할 수도 있습니다. 이렇게 하면 관리팀에서 24시간 내내 대기할 필요가 없습니다.

There is even the option to route callers, depending on where they are calling from in the world, thus maximizing efficiency.

Advanced elements¶

In Axivox dial plans (as described in 다이얼 플랜 기본 사항), there are two advanced elements that can be used.

• Record: recording feature is enabled (requires plan change, enabled in Axivox settings).

• Caller ID: replace the caller ID by the called number or free text.

To add one of these elements, navigate to the Dial plans page, located in the menu on the left side of the Axivox management console.

Axivox에서 녹화 기능을 활성화하려면 Axivox 관리 콘솔 에서 설정 으로 이동합니다. 그런 다음 페이지 아래에 있는 녹화 드롭다운 메뉴로 이동합니다. 드롭다운 메뉴에 있는 사용함 을 선택하여 다이얼 플랜의 녹화 요소를 사용하여 녹화 기능을 활성화합니다.

The Caller ID element allows for the replacement of the caller ID downstream, after routing.

Upon adding the Caller ID element to the dial plan, and double-clicking it to configure it, two options appear.

두 가지 요소의 주요 차이점은 *디지털 안내*에서 작업을 숫자로 미리 설정할 필요가 **없다**는 것입니다. 그 대신 가상 안내 센터 역할을 합니다.

Digital receptionist scenario¶

The Digital Receptionist element is a listen-feature that accurately routes callers through a dial plan, based on the extension they enter, via the key pad.

디지털 상담원 을 설정해 두면 팀이나 실시간 상담원이 항상 대기할 필요가 없습니다. 이 요소를 적용하면 이제 실제 사람이 개입하지 않고도 통화가 대상에게 도달합니다.

다이얼 플랜에 디지털 안내 센터 요소를 추가한 후 적절한 엔드포인트에 연결하고 요소를 더블 클릭하여 다음과 같은 안내 센터 팝업 창이 나타나면 타임아웃 을 설정합니다.

The Timeout can be set in 5 second increments, from 5 seconds to 60 seconds.

Example

While customizing a dial plan in a Dialplan Editor pop-up window, add a Menu element, with a Greeting message that might read, Press star to dial an extension.

그런 다음 메뉴 요소에서 * (별표) 옵션에 대해 ‘연결할 내선 번호를 입력하세요’ 와 같은 음성 메시지 를 재생하는 파일 재생 요소를 연결합니다.

Following the first Play a file element, add the Digital Receptionist element, followed by another Play a file element, which states, ‘That is not a valid extension’.

This last element is in place to close the loop, should the caller not enter a correct extension.

Finally, this last Play a file element is looped back into the Menu element.

Advanced routing elements¶

고급 라우팅 요소는 수신 번호로 전화가 수신되면 자동으로 통화를 라우팅합니다. 지리적 위치, 화이트리스트 또는 시간 기반 변수를 사용하여 설정할 수 있습니다. 통화는 최종 목적지에 도달하기 전에 필터를 통과하고 설정된 변수에 따라 라우팅됩니다.

The following are advanced routing elements:

• Dispatcher: create a call filter to route traffic, based on the geo-location of the caller ID.

• Access List: create a tailored access list, with VIP customer preference.

• Time Condition: create time conditions to route incoming traffic around holidays, or other sensitive time-frames.

디스패처 시나리오¶

*디스패처*는 지역 또는 지리적 위치를 기준으로 통화를 연결하는 다이얼 플랜 기능입니다. 대부분의 경우 다이얼 플랜의 디스패처 요소는 시작 요소에 연결되어 수신 번호로 들어오는 통화를 선별하거나 화면으로 표시합니다.

guilabel:다이얼 플랜 편집기 팝업 창에서 디스패처 요소를 더블 클릭하여 설정합니다.

이 요소는 정규식에 따라 숫자 를 확인합니다 (이 요소를 통해 라우팅됨). 정규식을 추가하려면 디스패처 팝업 창 하단에 있는 :guilabel:`줄 추가`를 클릭합니다.

그런 다음 이름 아래에 이 표현식을 식별하도록 인식할 수 있는 이름을 입력합니다. 이 이름은 guilabel:다이얼 플랜 편집기 팝업 창에 표시된 다이얼 플랜의 디스패처 요소에 나타나는 이름입니다.

To specify all numbers behind a certain country code, or area code, include d+ after the country code, or country code + area code.

When the desired configurations are complete on the Dispatcher pop-up window, be sure to click Save.

Upon doing so, the Dispatcher element appears with different routes available to configure, based on the Regular Expressions that were set.

Attach these routes to any New element in the Dialplan Editor pop-up window.

By default, there is an Unknown path that appears on the Dispatcher element after setting at least one Regular Expression.

Calls follow this route/path when their number does not match any Regular Expression set on the Dispatcher element.

Time condition scenario¶

When a Time Condition element is added to a dial plan, it has a simple True and False routing.

시간 조건 요소를 다이얼 플랜에 추가한 후 해당 요소를 더블 클릭하여 변수를 설정합니다. 시/분, 요일, 월일 및 월 을 모두 설정할 수 있습니다.

If the time which the caller contacts the incoming number matches the set time conditions, then the True path is followed, otherwise the False path is followed.

시간 조건 요소는 휴일, 주말 및 근무 시간을 설정할 때 특히 유용합니다. 발신자가 실제 사람이나 음성 메일을 통해 도움을 받을 수 있는 대상에게 연결되면 시간 낭비과 전화 끊김 현상을 줄일 수 있습니다.

Access list scenario¶

An Access List element in a dial plan allows for the routing of certain numbers, and disallows (denies) other numbers.

After adding an Access List element to a dial plan, it can be configured by double-clicking on the element directly in the Dialplan Editor pop-up window.

Two fields appear where regular expressions can based in the Allow and Deny fields of the Access List pop-up window.

After setting the Allow and Deny fields with regular expressions or numbers, click Save on the Access List pop-up window.

Then, on the Access list element in the dial plan, three paths (or routes) are available to link to further actions.

발신자 표시 제한이 되어 있는 전화는 일반 메뉴 플로우에 메뉴 요소를 추가하고 알 수 없음 경로로 연결하여 라우팅할 수 있습니다. 거부 한 통화는 끊기 요소로 라우팅될 수 있습니다. 마지막으로 인증된 발신자를 특정 내선 번호나 대기열로 보낼 수 있습니다.

스위치¶

A Switch element in Axivox is a simple activated/deactivated route action.

These can be activated or chosen quickly, allowing for quick routing changes, without altering the dial plan.

대체 경로를 설정하여 잠시 후 경로를 전환할 수 있습니다. 새로 가용성을 마련하기 위해서 혹은 여러 가지 이유에서 트래픽 흐름을 조정하기 위한 것일 수 있습니다.

Axivox allows for a simple on/off switch, and a multi-switch, which can have several paths to choose from.

• Switch: a manual on/off control that can divert traffic, based on whether it is opened (on) or closed (off).

• Multi-Switch: a mechanism to create paths, and turn them on and off, to divert incoming calls.

Basic switch¶

좌측 메뉴에 있는 스위치 로 이동하여 Axivox 관리 콘솔 <https://manage.axivox.com>`_에서 :guilabel:`스위치 를 설정할 수 있습니다. 새 스위치를 생성하려면 스위치 현황판에서 스위치 추가 를 클릭하고 이름 을 설정한 후 저장 을 클릭합니다.

Then, toggle the desired switch to either On or Off, from the State column on the Switches dashboard.

This On / Off state automatically routes traffic in a dial plan, in which this switch is set.

The traffic travels to the Active route when On is toggled in the switch. The call traffic travels to the Inactive route when Off is toggled in the switch.

Changes can be made on the fly, just be sure to click Apply changes to implement the them.

Add a switch to dial plan¶

다이얼 플랜에 스위치 를 추가하려면 Axivox 관리 콘솔 로 이동하여 왼쪽 메뉴에 있는 다이얼 플랜 을 클릭합니다. 그런 다음 원하는 다이얼 플랜 옆에 있는 비주얼 편집기 를 클릭하여 다이얼 플랜 편집기 팝업 창을 엽니다.

Then, from the New element drop-down menu, select Switch, and then click Add. Double-click on the element to further configure the Switch element.

다중 스위치¶

A Multi-Switch element in Axivox is a switch where multiple paths can be configured, and switched between.

To configure and set a Multi-Switch element, navigate to Axivox management console. Then, click on the Switches menu item in the left menu.

Toggle to the Multi-switch tab to create, or set, a pre-configured Multi-Switch element.

새로운 다중 스위치 를 생성하려면 새로 만들기 를 클릭합니다. 그런 다음 요소에 대해 이름 을 입력하고 선택 사항 을 입력합니다. 한 줄당 하나의 선택 사항 을 입력합니다. 중복하여 항목을 제시하지 마세요.

Remember to click Save when done.

To select the State of the Multi-Switch, click the drop-down menu next to the Multi-Switch name, under the Multi-switch tab on the Switches dashboard.

The State chosen is the route that is followed in the dial plan. The State can be edited on the fly, just be sure to click Apply changes.

Add a multi-switch to dial plan¶

To add a Multi-Switch element to a dial plan, navigate to Axivox management console, and click Dial plans in the left menu.

Then, select or create a dial plan. Next, click Visual Editor on the desired dial plan.
