JESA Institute activities started in 2018 culminating in the creation of a not-for profit organization in 2021 with the goal of contributing to the sustainable development of local communities via socially responsible actions and by being the hub for knowledge sharing and capability building.
True to its roots, the Institute holds its headquarters at its birthplace: Casablanca, Morocco's economic capital.
Over the years, JESA Institute has outstretched its sphere of impact far from its birthplace by supporting local communities and JESA ecosystem initiatives throughout Morocco, Sub-Saharan Africa and abroad.
Combining its philanthropic approach based on a collaborative philosophy and proximity with its strong capacity reinforcement programs, the Institute benefits from excellent positioning wherever it is active.
Because we dream of a better world where everyone has a chance, we are convinced that by sharing knowledge, expertise and knowhow, people can achieve their full potential and become active participants as well as resources for their communities
First, we contribute to closing the skills gap through blended education, competency building and professional training programs in order to meet local labor market capability needs for JESA, its subsidiaries, clients and ecosystem by developing key partnerships with local and international academic institutions. Second, we enable sustainable development projects for our communities through initiating socially responsible actions and contributing to solidarity funds.
