Chris Masters Mah is a Melbourne-based actor, whose focus ranges from romantic comedy to heavy dramatic. This show-reel focuses on his more dramatic pieces.
Acting since he was 16, he lived in 8 countries and draws from a grandiose wealth of life experiences, and is transitioning from theater to film. His current claim to fame is acting in the Melbourne Annual Passion Play (2010-2011) to crowds of 4000+, in a role he finds hard to top -- Jesus Christ. He is Melbourne's first Jesus played by an Asian actor.
His recent work include "A Fairy Tale" (Best Drama Winner and Best Actor Winner, Comfy Shorts) (Best Drama Winner, Connect Film Festival) a short film about a vigilante Dentist, "Small PacKGes" (Official St Kilda Film Fest Selection) about the karmic nature of crime.
He has trained with VCA Winter Intensives for 2 years, Meisner Melbourne's Professional Actors Program 2012, and is honing and training his craft at the Actor's Lab with Peter Kalos in Melbourne since the end of 2012.
