Loosely based on the short story 'The Finest Story in the World' by: Rudyard Kipling. A disgruntled and depressed Hollywood punch up writer tries to change his ways and write an original script. Writers block and self loathing take over until a half-wit Malibu surfer shows up with the greatest story ever.
