I read the script and when I got into character I knew. I knew this character and film was for me. I am so glad this came across in my audition and they felt the same because they gave me the lead. Proud to have been involved with an amazing team and proud of myself which does not happen often. 'Climbing Trees' is now a 2018 award winning short film. Best director, best drama, best editing and a honorable mention for Catherine Richmond Maud and best actor award for myself. Further acknowledgement of the teams great work. Grateful.
