The little girl made me cry. Emotional movie. I like the story line as it is reality. Makes me appreciate what I have and reminds me of the trauma others suffer. When someone isn't so friendly or seems rude, I try to remember that I don't know what they may be going through at the moment. I try to give them the benefit of doubt. It must be very tough in one parent homes where the mother or father must step up and play both parts. So many do and this is a great example of the importance of putting kids first! They learn from our environments so give them the best life possible to be an asset to society. Take the time to watch this movie.
The more I watched the more intrigued I became. What a fascinating story. Mr, Versace worked so hard to have the life he wanted. He seems like such a humble and kindhearted person. I could feel his passion for designing and the hurt in his voice from what he lost. It brought tears to my eyes.
As I listened to him speak about his time in China, I learned much about Mr, Versace. He is incredibly intelligent, strong minded, and has a calm demeanor. To survive his experiences these qualities would be necessary.
This story will keep you thinking for a long time after. It will make for interesting conversation. It should be shown in history classes also.
