The epic glaciers of Batman begins eveil a truly marvelous origin story of bravery forditude courage. My favorite batman film with our favorite mentor Liam neeson our favorite batman and the perfect Bruce wayne who dance between honor hero and smug social climber. Both masks btw worn by a messmerizing performance. I know very many tought the dark knight as the quintisential batman because of the joker although compelling this story actually focuses on our heroes inner and outter journey. Gary oldman ofcoarse yhe perfect Gordon steadfast in a world of near complete corruption. Gotham is like pivking up a dug in rock and watching all the creepy ugly bugs scurry off.

So this is a movie i have been wanting to see for years because renny harland has directed some of my favorite movies and sequels to movies bevuase of his explosive stylalized filming. Bruce willis and sylvester stallone also helped those movies hands down but this movie has aged like total crap with a side of total cheeze cornyness to go around. I love pirate movies too but Gina davis was horrible and the characters were plain ridiculous as well as the costar whatever his name is. Not worth remembering although Frank langella made a halfway decent menacing villain. The ultimate goal of this movie was to spend as much money on pyrotechnics and explosions as possible which the last and Final one was actually very cool.
