This might not have been the smoothest, most aesthetically pleasing film, but the main character and the funny script had me laughing out pretty loud.. I love these short films that has a main conflict (the stealing of the beef jerky) that serves as little more than a backdrop for random craziness.. the world needs a whole lot more random craziness. I found the non-PC dialogue funny, and it's not that often you come across movies with funny off-the-cuff banter about deaths in the family and incest. and who doesn't love beef jerky? The writing is definitely the strongest aspect of this film, and the dialogue comes across as surprisingly real, even though it's pretty crazy. While this might not be for everyone, it's short, fairly concise and entertaining throughout. Watch it!
