The idea was good, the execution was horrible, as the protagonist Melinda, in two identical stories, but with different aspects, one tragic and the other comic, the stories mix together in a very homogeneous way, almost impossible to differentiate them, except for some nuances in the comedy in the drama, and the underused external interference of the narrators, but a Woody Allen film that I dislike, just as I feel disgust for him as a person... Silly, boring, slow, boring, forgettable...
In New York, two playwrights discuss whether human existence is tragic or comic. The episode of Melinda, a young woman who interrupts a mundane dinner, gives rise to them developing two parallel stories, which evolve the defended genre in different ways. Romantic comedy and drama, where the fragility of love, infidelity, romance, the erosion of feelings and the inability to communicate are explored.

Watching the 2003 and 2008 versions alternately, there was a great divergence in terms of the mirror motif, it almost doesn't deserve to be called a version or a remake, in the more ghostly and supernatural version, in the original a police thriller based on the theory of duality, unlike most, the American version was darker and bloodier, the deaths more distressing (I love them), they're not bad, but we've seen much better...
On to the 2010 sequel.
A former police officer, now working as a security guard at a shopping mall, tries to unravel the secret behind a series of mysterious murders linked to mirrors.

A good American supernatural horror, an independent sequel (a real version), which does not feature any of the cast and crew from the original film, contains good deaths, vaguely reminiscent of "Final Destination", due to the way the deaths happen, being announced beforehand to the protagonist, far from being a masterpiece, but it fulfills its role of entertaining by spurting blood indiscriminately, we liked it... Weak ending, but nice...
Max Matheson loses his fiancée in a car accident and begins to blame himself for what happened. After the tragedy, he accepts a job as a night watchman at a store where several employees are dying mysteriously. Matheson begins to be at risk when he has visions of a woman in all the store's mirrors and fears that he may be the next victim.
