Farha (2021)
Masterpiece
But the actress , I do not think I've seen a performance like that in a long time from the beginning with her stance on education to her relationship with her friend and the justified ardor of trying to relate her feelings and aspirations to her father to what happens after. I was gripped and for some inexplicable reason I can't put into words I was so drawn to the protagonist as to how this lady enacted this brave character against this harrowing situation! I was abolutely glued to every single frown and simper to smile to gesture to watching her sleep and as she went through the normal things we take for granted in our daily life I just could not help but feel this lady was born to this right here , and tell this story! I really hope she does a lot more, this was a wonderful yarn! Pray things like this do not transpire in your life, godforbid!
Survival of the Thickest (2023)
Halo!
I just wanted to come here and I thought it would be a really neat idea to add to the great reviews of how fun and splendid and awesome and really cute fun adorbz show is! Hope it keeps going and we get more seasons cause this lady and her friend writer are really funny and they bring light and humour to weird situations where normally we would feel awkward and sad! I love the writing so much and I did read someone disliked a bit of the race card playing , I do have to agree a lil 'bit the whole picking and choosing what we can be PC about but other things we disregard is terribly cringie but regardless, this is an excellent show! Great job!
The Empress (2022)
This was terrific!
Please bring this back, I love the writing and everything else in this thing! I tried to watch a few shows and all failed with their didactic accounts of whatever foisting essay-writing as creative arts please! Move on, this was exactly not that and not without all the meritorious aspects that make up everything we love when we turn to the arts for some art , this is it! Thank-you! I don't know who this lady is who created this beautiful monster but thanks and again thank-you! I really hope we get like 10 seasons of this or more! And I don't think anyone in the world could do what the Elizabeth the actress is doing in this thing she is awesome! Pure transfiguring facial expressions!
Barash (2015)
Fn wow!!!
Thank-you thank-you thank-you for this lady! Wow! I was like OK< whatever, some dyke thing on freevez with some adds, but after I watched this , it was so heavenly this this this is true art, true unadulterated art untutored , unstudied, unfiltered, raw and simply someone who would give you a masterpiece at whatever she sets her hands on , a true visionary this is art all the way a new vanguard of art, Indie and fun and real and so stylistic! She has blends of metaphors and lines that move through the narrative and coalesce so smoothly at the proper junctures coinciding with the plots and characters this and ancillary characters that and everything you could ever want undercurrents teeming with themes waiting to erupt and so much style all the while keeping you rapt to the gillls so you can't leave , this is a true virtuoso of the craft! I hope , she leaves her dumb students and comes to Hollywood and signs a lifetime deal and makes some real art here! Why not , come on! For realz... (no offense students but I am only envious of being able to garner all of her fine sage advices all the time!) wow!
Valeria Mithatenet (2022)
I watched this
After Blush!' her other film before this! And although I loved Blush superbly , this was just as fine, but to do what she does here , to do what she does basically anytime this lady sets pen to paper is nothing short of miraculous why? There is no budget , there is nothing, no big gambit or thing , there's just a few characters then all of a sudden at some point you just know you can't stop watching the thing cause you are so rapt into the thing and you're like but if there was never a thing and there is no thing, how am I so into this thing! This lady is a teacher, creative arts , now I don't believe in this sort of thing, you can't teach creative writing, its an impossibility, its a thing that has to be born, lest one founders on a blank page how can a non-creative create when there is nothing there, that's impossible! Like asking someone to build a house with no tools no foudnation no bricks or wood or anything! The metaphors are sloppy and go and on but it is true , until we can figure out how to unlock all of our potentials as humans we must accept the sad fact that we are limited and our time on earth is limited so we should try to work on our short-comings yes but thrive at our strengths!!!!! And this lady if you must look into a teacher, this person is the one! I would if I had the money go to Isreal and sit in her classes sans homework and just sit and listen and soak up all of her wisdom! She IS the true work of art! Doubtless!
High School (2022)
Omg please bring this back!
Pray bring this awesome thing back! At first I was like what? Where are we when are we and when I realized the thing and stopped it and researched it I was like, oh , intrigue, it just took a lil' while but after you get into the thing , how they craft the show and the weaving of inter-relationships , I was so hooked , the only thing that sucked was like how it ended, yeah I will be seriously needing something heavy if I leaves me high- n dry like that! Like some happy pill cause that would be a downer, its just starting to really get good, I mean come on now! These two twins are going to rip it up 90's style grunge! Woo! Lol!
Armageddon Time (2022)
This was and is spectacular!
The writing should be seriously considered for meretorious accolades! Imo, Well thought out well creatively inspired, very well constructed, very well directed, very well acted and very well edited, I love the lil' nuances from the two young lad protagonists, very cool young lads! Their journey really inspired and also very well revelatory well redemptive and long needed was the societal awakening to social mores and the attendant manifold ramifications owing to our lot in life with a grateful look at the fates of randomness and how it affects us in our plight inter-connected as humans all criss-crossing here and there at random intervals down our own personal journeys as unique individuals bound to the fundamentals that makes us all relatable! Excellent writing!
There's Something Wrong with the Children (2023)
This was dope!
I was like OK, cool, I like the title, intrigue, the letters neon and ol' school, cool! The thespians look good, like they are still spry! Lol, as long as everyone is spitting out some dope dialogue I'm down! It's fine, the acting is cool, I hate when people cringe out too hard on the thespians, a lot of times its the writing that spoils their thing or even the directing is a lil' off and can't really see their facial expression sometimes its very important or simply the words they have to say right now are so not making sense that it kills the moment and the vibe so mainly its the writing for the most part but here, I would of, (IMO, only) I would of changed the lines right when one of the characters is about to explain the source of their problems and it dissolves into a weird out of place sophism imo but thankfully it does not deter from the cool idea or detract from their trajectories so in effect the thing worked and it worked with tremendous style and extreme dedication to the source material (the really cool idea) I got a good feeling these writers use more their cerebral to push the story along than a sort of magical creative impulse that coaxes everything along according to the characters but it does not matter, here it worked fantastically, if I were these guys I would hunt out one other person once they get their cerebral scripts out which are very efficient and let a creative source interlard the thing with some real style! The lil' kids were fantastic!
Deborah (2022)
Nola?
I don't know much about this person, but I just came here after watching what I thought was a masterpiece "Meet Cute" which was an incredible idea and imo superlative well crafted story in the visual format! I am yet just as impressed with how technically proficient she is at taking time into her hands and manipulenting to great effect, tremendous! I was so impressed not only can she bandy terrific dialogue about that brings about intrigue but anon gives way to even more gems with her expansive imagination that extends worlds! I've never seen anything like this, so freaky good, I scarce doubt anyone will not enjoy this thing, it is a lil' bit edgy in some topic matter but I think most people will see it for what it is a nice frenetic mediation on well, I don't know! I just loved the characters and the whole weird gambit thing! Terrific writing, I hope this lady gets more stuff, she is the real thing that's for sure! Amazing and terrific, well composed and acting was fine and directing was tight! Imo. Obviously.
Meet Cute (2022)
Meet Cute!
I don't know who this writer is, but my god! Props to the max, it became quite evident very quickly that this person is very gifted talented creative and extremely taut at her craft! I feel her greatest strengths are the ability to manipulate the continuity of the story which surely tells me she can also edit fantastically! I saw vestiges of Tarantino via vis Rez Dogs and Pulp Fiction for her creative abilities that do not fall far behind. How she was able to carry the dialogue to one scene repeated many times with such creative style is baffling in all of its strange and complex splendour! I can't wait to see more of this person and I am so there to see what she does next. I'm watching "Debrah" next. Which she directs and I can't wait, this is a masterpiece and when these two fine thespians reach their end and look back at their lustrous careers I defy either to scour their work in the fine-arts to match anything that is as challenging, and thoughtful and altruistic and gorgeous in all of its elaborate complex simplicity as this perfectly supremely constructed composed story, by a very very complete and beautiful creative essence!
The Idol (2023)
So I went...
On here to read up and I was very disturbed by some of the bogus or misplaced comments saying all of these things about nudity or lurid shots and gratuitous sex and sensationalized this and that and then someone went to really denograde the thespians which I find not only distressing but completely unfounded , to disparage the new cat, I don't even know who ol' boy is but the dude did a fantastic job! He delivered lines imo were well constructed with scenes that grew upon themselves and helped to move the story forward but beyond that the thing moved with style! And really brought us into the world of Pop , super super cool and I found no nudity at all, there was nothing! Barely a lil' nipple , no vagina nothing, but it wouldn't of detered from the fact that the writing is excellent! The thing rocks , I watched one and I'm down to wait for the rest! This is what writing is people , you talk about things explain try to entertain and address things, yeah his a bit not the conventional prince for ol' girl but they addressed it we move on, why can't the rest of the fans of a really well written show go along with the storyline who cares and Johnny Depps bebe daughter is a fine actress so , come on! I hope it does well and hope for the best cause this is a kick ass show, a bit like Enterouage but with a chick, why can't we accept good writing when we see it and take it for what it is , a foundation for the thespians to bring out their best and hopefully produce some fine art in the end! Bring it!
Three Thousand Years of Longing (2022)
Wow!
I was like wow as I am sure we all were surprised being such an cerebral intellectual eloquent script! I don't know how this thing was budgeted with an idea as intelligent for the lonely protagonist who is a narratologist? I was like wow! Cool Indie I thought! Then it as this lush super elegant script began to unfold in all of its rhapsody I thought wow, it can't get any better than the thing actually manifests everything , every word the writers installed into something so beautiful so extra-ordinary I'm like how is this happening? And I am sad that it did not make its money back but gosh at the same time I feel appalled at myself for the fact that it was made, because this was just an all around gorgeous thing to hear not only the words but what they did to capture those words with so much verve and visual artistic perfection! Bravo! Pathos thank-you! I wish more people were interested in these types of stories!
Tell (2014)
I haven't...
Seen something like this in a while. The writing is fantastic. I loved the way he composed it... There is no way in my mind that it could of come out this clean and taut the first time out. The writing is phenomenal it must of taken a few outlines to compile everything and give it due diligence and respect because the thing has a glow of professionalism which gives it a nice flow, really special writing and the acting was super fun! I would love to see more from this writer for sure! Super cool! This dude really knows what is up when it comes to telling a nice story! I hope we can see more! Thanks, great job!
Air (2023)
that was so cool!
Straight up! I read a review that said something kinda bad about it and I thought OK, this is not going to be good cause I'm not much of a jock type dude and sort of very artsy type so sometimes I become warry of non-fiction biopic things but man this was so extra-ordinary and fun and well scripted to the maximum! I highly recommend it! I had no idea the thing went down like that and directing and acting and just the way the story held its own with such a consummate sheen of professionalism that it really swept me off my feet and inspired me, I felt it all and it was a swell ride , I highly recommend this thing , great job fantastic!
Morbius (2022)
I liked it!
I thought it was great! I really did. I would of changed a few trajectory of the characters but I love the idea of the two kids growing up together with this terrible disease binding their friendship and forging their future unwittingly that will propel them together into futurity! I really thought this thing was nice really nice! Like I said I would of done a couple of different things but overall there are zero complaints the thing was really poetically beautiful with the two boys growing up together only to realize how life and societal structure play such a profound role on our outcomes as we see here! Very very cool job!
ATL (2006)
Hi this was so cool!
I watched this 20 some years after the fact after watching 'You People' on Netflix! And this was just as fantastic! I loved it, I would watch more of this , these characters are so nice! I loved the writing on here , it feels like a carry-over from Boyz N the hood as it takes us after the fact and we can enjoy the aftermath of a dangerous situation. I loved the idea here of a healthy happy family despite whatever situations may come our way! I really enjoyed the directing and acting and everything else about film making love the music and how the sweet score blends in with plot and my favorite thing about all this, this great work is how the writing tries really hard to fundamentally connect us on a universal level in our human condition!
Masters of the Universe: Revelation: Hope, For a Destination. (2021)
I just want to say...
That Kevin Smith and his team did an outstanding job! I came here with such low expectations cause everyone was buggered about the thing so I was like I guess their right but no way! The thing is excellent starting with Kevin's writing team! Which is by far my favorite part about this amazing series! It is taut, it has style, it reaches, it asks the tough quesitons, it poses incredible issues and it gives you everything back and delivers in manifold ways I never dreamed possible! That's jsut the writing! I love to create stuff myself but man I can only dream of expanding and broadening my purview to reach these types of creative panoramas stretching out before me but here it all was, in a He-man cartoon! You just never know where and when true brilliance is going to shine and change things! This is awesome! I loved every single episode of this thing , would love to see what happens to Skeletor going all automaton and stuff!
Home Team (2022)
I thought everyone did a great job!
I watched this cause I didn't want to watch something too intense or scarry at night but thinking it wouldn't be "man" enough for me cause it was only PG but then I realized that I was being silly and prejudiced! But that all went away real fast as the fun part of storytelling swept me away in a really sweet way to a fun sweeter place! Gosh I thought everyone on this thing did a fine job! I loved the writing cause it really brought everyone together in a fun family neat way and there was no bad words not that I can recall and that was a nice nice change! I loved the story the most and it was neat to see that it came from the heart of a true story! And I loved the jokes and everything and the acting was neat! I loved the two chunkie kids the most especially the one that loved pizza cause the pizza jokes were awesome and the black kid who became strong at the end was also awesome! Great job , I loved it when I thought I would hate it! :)
Morning Glory (2010)
I watched this after watching the...
Netflix Your Place or Mine with Reese W. And Ashton K. Because the writing to that was so incredibly taut and cerebral reaching a fever pitch of extreme intelligence interlarded with thematic style beyond style so I came here to see what was up with the lady writer! And yes she is, this is , this person is prime-time high-end writing all the way! She has it all and it was so evidently clear here that we are dealing with a pro that gets the job done catering to a vast array of people with writing that leaves a sheen of professionalism most hacks or amateurs wish they could present! Or just Indie writers who entertain but can't do so much!!!! More on a smaller level but this is most def the person you go to when you want to please in a big way!!
Your Place or Mine (2023)
Wow this was really really nice!
I have seen 27 dresses and found that very charming, I have not seen the devil one but I heard it was darling! I came into this thinking it would suck cause I have no idea! Lol, I did not read the reviews which I did after I saw this and thank-god I did not because it would of perhaps dissuade me from the fact but then again I don't think so because I love rom.coms or whatever this is , I don't need labels in my life because when you strip the adornments from the writing underneath you know what true art from a borne creative really is and this is that! I absolutely loved it! I'm not a robot or shill, I love to write a lil' bit and I have to say this is such marvelous composing (this is the high-profile writing, its so obvious the lady can do anything, and here its quite evident! The thing is taut, smart, all the research you could ever want woven into the thing, the beats when there is no dialogue are magnificent!) Just gorgeous writing! I have to say though after the first lil' intro when the thing started to delve headlong into the characters I absolutely fell in love with the writing! Spectacular all around, charming, funny, witty, brilliant idea and crafted really really well all the way to its final end where we see the pay-off and it is even more darling! Very very cool writing I hope we see more from this lady, I absolutely loved it! And the kid's dialogue was fantastic as well!
Don't Worry Darling (2022)
Trip out!
I had no idea coming in what I was getting into but what a ride! Very well written, Katie was involved in something hitherto that I loved and she did not disappoint! I have to say I was really impressed with all the art strewed here and there , the thing is abstract yes but it is bound by some sort of controlled chaos that keeps us grounded to the deeper message giving the thing a very big atmospheric feel. I love how tight the writing is even when it is reaching Katie yet draws from that creative place where all things good and vivrant and vivacious and inspirational exist and she culls what she needs and brings it to life into some sort of corporeal thing that is tangible and akin to plot and characters! (whatever plot is lol!) I love the lil' homage to Sylvia Plath here! Just super-beautiful whoever thinks we need a male dominated world most def does not FEEL that way in the arts! Cause there is some beautiful work being created by some really new and wonderful talent! Thank-you very much! Even though I did get very scared! Which is hard for me to deal with right now in my life! But wow stylistic writing combined with intelligent maneuvering! Can't beat it!
Sand Castles (2014)
I watched this on Prime
For free with sub on the thing which is very nice! I watched this on 2023 a few years after it came out but that's no matter for art can live on forever! And that is what this thing is a well-thought nice canard that does its job and does it well! Very nice! I went through all the reviews on here and one in particular stands out because it brought up a scene which the viewer disliked. The one when the cop makes a house visit and breaks everyone something proper like. I was like this is my fav scene. They said it wasn't warranted and that there would be repurcussions. But I think it was warranted for it was explained very well and what reprucurssions if no one finds out. I thought it was warranted because the cop explained himself and we also understand his connection to the victims. But ultimately this thing worked and it worked well! I loved the writing best of all! I think the main actor did a heck of a job penning this thing he should be very proud of the breadth and trying to do something instead of just following some formula which this is most definitely not thank-god cause that's boring owing to that formula being so stale. But the best part was the ending and how he left the thing a beautiful silent mediation on the actions and what all it does. It was just a great great job all around! I've got another one of his flics on queue for free on youtube which is always very nice and I'm about ready to watch it, thanks for the effort and trying to do something with this medium, cool job!
Becks (2017)
I watched...
This out of the blue , out of nowhere, out of the big grey matter, the thing suggested the thing and gosh am I glad it did! What a cool gem! I thougth the writing was so nice but the acting which is something I don't touch or analyze much here I thought exceeded everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The way it all comes together, both the two leads were so special and the directing was really tight the music was so sweet and the writing how it also tried to do not only something magical it reached and attempted to teach which is always nice for this is really the best way to really learn something since through art we can feel it in all of our senses forcing our creativity to imagine what if , and in some areas it was even nice than prose... very very beautfiul great job good work!
Black Circle Boys (1997)
I love this film!
So much!!!!!!!!!! I love the writing in it so much I followed the writer into some of his other stuff! I just want to say that all around this gem is so worthwhile! I love the acting directing the use of score to blend in with the script while the directing is so smooth and the way the transitions tie it all together but the writing is so exceptional to me to me that I just hope and pray this person does a lot of stuff with their talents! I really enjoyed the whole Donnie Walbergh thread as well, he is so exceptional in this , I would love to see Donnie move to fore of a lot of cool films so we could indulge in more of his talents, but everyone did such a wonderful job in this thing! Great job exceptional work! Very talented.
Last Love Lost (2015)
Wow!
Just chilling and took a chance on this, cause it looked cool, had some pretty black people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And wow! What a kila-flix! For sure! On the realz! Great job all around, I guess the dude that wrote this is like a hardcore film maker and actor! His got three writing credz with directing , and some acting, handsome black protagonist, the best line for me is at the end! All about love neva! I would think this dude, with talent like this would most def be doing something! Hopefully he gets some sort of jobs , see him doing some TV stuff or something! Where his a cop or something, and ol' girl is cute! She did a great job! Very very very talented, the writing is smooth, should def! Check this dude! I want to see his other stuff for sure! Nice hopefully this gets more attention! Just really neat stuff!
