I think this is a really unque showcase of a cast of amazing people. I got hooked by accident. Looking for something to watch I stmbled on it. I have spent a few weeks binging all 17 seasons waiting for the last 2 episodes of season 17 to drop. The series itself is a brilliant mix of detective and science fiction with a Jules Verne turn. I gotta say too I really enjoy the Crabtree and Llwelyn characters. Crabtrees wide eyed optomism and Llwelyn's bumbling cluttzy brilliance. These characters are unique and for the generations. I believe I have watched history being made. I know why it has been a fan favorite for 17 seasons.

This is one of those movies where the back story kinda got in the way of the movie. The editing was messy in parts I believe because of run time. However it created some dumb dialogue pauses.

That said I think the premise of the series will be good. Especially now it is past the first movie in a possible franchise for a very unknown MCU character. Marvel had quite a few of these spin off characters that developed into small cult fan followings. They just never grab the pizazze of Spiderman,Batman or Superman. I think the intention of this character was to use her/them as second stories for some of the Marvel Biggies. Dunno what all the negative is about. I watched and will watch again to see what I missed.
