it's an OK sci-fi movie, feels like an American nation pride overall. I was quite disappointed with the first time seeing it, it generated quite a buzz at first, but after i watched it like almost 75% finished, i felt very disappointed i couldn't find any amazing thing that was supposed to happened, these kind of things has been done before many-many years ago, i don't really get any element that's supposed to be very cool, or dramatic or spectacular or mind-blowing or revolutionary, we've seen these stuffs before.

A truly mind-blowing similar movie that i would recommend everybody to watch is 2001: A space Odyssey by Stanley Kubrick it was released in 1968, and my God it was so ahead of it's time, not just the story but the attention to details, the rolling set,the suit/costume looks flawless it makes star wars costume materials look like a very cheap knock-off "plasticky" rubbish. So yeah, it is an okay movie, not mind-blowing. 5 out of 10, oh and i would also recommend Alien 1979. ;)
