This is one of the best comedies I've watched in a long time. . Let's just be clear, though. This is a french college kid type of movie. It's the French version of American Pie, if you will. Not a movie where your interpretative skills will be getting any challenge. Very funny and entertaining nonetheless...
I think it also helps if you are somewhat connected to France and to the French language. There are many things that one might not understand otherwise.
As far as the actors are concerned, I really don't think that they are all that bad. One of them was even the star in a following major production - in France - "Tanguy". I really think that their portrait of a group of French student is relevant, not to mention hilarious.
