This movie is amazing. This is obviously a masterpiece. I love everything about this movie, from the story to the soundtrack, everything is awesome. I watched this film with my family on my birthday, and it was totally worthy.
The story tells about Miguel, a young boy who wants to be a musician but his family hold a grunge against music. However, this is not without any reasons. Miguel goes on incredible journey and he finds out everything about his family.
The music of this film is perfect, I am not surprised "Remember Me", one of the song won an award, as the song is really touching and meaningful. The moral that I could take from this movie, about love between family, is conveyed in a perfect way.
This is the best choice to watch especially with your family, and you will love it!
I am genuinely in love with this film. This is one of the best Indonesian movie I have ever seen. This story is adapted from a best-selling novel entitled "Laskar Pelangi" by Andrea Hirata.
This film tells about 10 children called Laskar Pelangi (Rainbow Troops) by their teacher. These children live in rural area, in a poor environment but their heart and imaginations are always rich.
The main character of this film is Ikal, a curly-haired young boy who has a dream to study abroad, his relations with his friends and teachers, and his struggles with his family financial condition. The scenery is so beautiful, Belitung island, rich of natures. All of the characters are based on the author's real life story so everyone seems very realistic.
This movie is amazing and very inspiring. I recommend you to watch this.
I watched this film for the first time years ago. As a child, the movie was so fascinating with beautiful ballet routines. Now as an adult, after watching it again, everything just the same.
Barbie as Odette, a bakery's daughter, she is beautiful and has a sweet personality. One day, she sees a unicorn running around her shop. She tries to save the unicorn, and everything starts changing.
This film is inspired by one of the most popular ballet, Swan Lake. Although the ending and main plot is totally different. This movie is clearly aimed for children and young viewers. The antagonist, Odile, is really interesting. Her voice is so unique, I still could remember her signature laugh since I was kid.
Odette in this Barbie movie is quite strong and brave, I am not very fond of the prince characteristic as he is just too cliché and not that distinctive from other male partner of Barbie films.
Overall, I enjoyed this movie as for young viewers. The story is light and quite enjoyable.
