Your episode-ordering correction is much appreciated! But you omitted episode 12.
Also, you recommend viewing episode 10 third. However, in that episode, it is revealed that Teresa Ganzel's character is already the receptionist. I watched aired-episode 1 first, then aired-episode 13 second, as you suggested, and that character working as the reception was never mentioned, unless I somehow missed it.
Perhaps in addition to omitting episode 12 in your re-ordering, you also mis-ordered some of the episodes?
