Valkyrie (2008) is a historical thriller based on the true story of a German resistance plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler during World War II. Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg (played by Tom Cruise) joins a group of conspirators in Operation Valkyrie, a plan to use Hitler's own emergency protocols to stage a coup. Unless you lived under a rock, we all know the assassination plot didn't work. I looked it up and there were 42 documented attempts to kill Hitler with the one depicted in this movie being the last one. The movie starts off a little slow but then when the July 20 plot is in process the movie gets pretty suspenseful.

Unhinged (2020) is a psychological thriller centered on a dangerous case of road rage. After a single mother, Rachel, honks at a stranger (played by Russell Crowe) at a traffic light, he becomes unrelentingly violent, pursuing her and her loved ones in a terrifying game of cat-and-mouse. It delivers intense action and suspense as Rachel fights to protect her family from the unhinged man's wrath.

It didn't make me sleepy but it was a pretty unbelievable movie. Seems like the main female character and Russel Crowe's characters drove cars made of vibranium because good God their cars kept chugging along despite crashing into things. I will say in the post COVID world I don't show any rage at drivers on the road because most people these days have lost their ever loving mind.
