I couldn't watch more than 12 minutes of the movie, there was the longest boring of our life and when finally there was going to be the first killing of the first 12 minutes of the film, they didn't show it, just some screaming and they cut to another scene and my wife said to turn off this garbage and put another movie called Sting, now that was better which by the way I have to give my thoughts. Anyway, We are strong fans of horror movies but we are very picky. So I came here to read the reviews and I was right, there is a lot of tedious walking throughout the film so thank you for saving us from wasting our time in this movie. Sometimes reading reviews pays off.

I feel sorry for the people who pay money to see this rubbish, What can I add to this movie that people haven't added to it? The review of this movie is very accurate. I don't recommend watching this movie even if it is free, but to be fair the cinematography of the movie to me was fine, I understand why people gave it a bad review, we watched the first and we hoped that this remake was better but failed big time. When watch a movie, omg I'm really picky, is have to be acting, cinematography, story, special effects, music, editing you name it, Nowadays anybody can make a movie, which is very sad, anyway hope this helps.

This is how I rate. These 3 actors: Daniel Kaluuya, you never should have: Get out. Steven Yeun: You should have stayed in the walking DEAD and Keke Palmer you should have stayed in True Jackson. Anyway, this film was dumb, mediocre, too long, etc, ect. Its not the actors because they all are good. I guess its the plot of the movie and how slow it is to start or get going, maybe also the director?, but one thing I know for sure. Now I know that the pandemic left people dumb, opps sry but that is the true. This was like an episode of the twilight zone and then the rating should have made more sense.

Cinematography and Acting-wise the movie was good But I didn't get that feeling when you finish a movie and leave you satisfied and you be like whoa. Whatever happened with that saying about women make better decisions than men, apparently, this is not the case here with sister and brother, talking about morons, oh my goodness.

I know don't judge a book by its cover" but you can tell how poorly the acting is just watching the trailer. I don't understand why some people choose a profession if they don't like it, because of the money? Then make an effort, Some people may say, well they have to start from somewhere, but these people are adults, for cry out loud, not teenagers. I rate it a 2 since I haven't seen it. I already read the plot and saw the trailer, that's good enough.

The cinematography was decent but the music, Oh my God, was louder than the voice and was kind of annoying throughout the whole movie, the music was instead of horror was like an adventure, like someone said in the review, the goonies. The movie started ok but then it went down the hill. I think the director didn't do a good job directing the teenager, if they were adults I blame the teenagers but since they are still young I blame the director. Anyway, I gave it a 5 to be generous, I have seen worse, way, way, way, worse. Is watchable for some people not for others.

I watched this with my wife and we have an awesome time, Yes!! I was waiting for the movie to go one way but went in a different direction, but that's life, the movie kept us entertained, the main characters did a good job making us mad, and that what is all about, stay with your family or friends together. sadly what happens to the elderly in the movie happens in real life. Anyway, it cracks me up most of the people that said, " I want my 2 hours of my life back" you people need to grow up!!! or maybe the pandemic is making most of you crazy. I will rate this movie 4 but I will give it a 6. P.S: for the people that complain about Netflix, if you don't like it? Unsubscribe!!!! , that way you won't lose another 2 hours of your miserable life.

There is a reviewer by the name of phantasmda that review this title and broke it down really nice, but I think he has a problem with the movie because is not a remake of the other movies, which I think is true but if you don't care about this movie that has nothing to do with a remake. then give it a chance, anyway, is like he said, the movie is well done and well-acted. I mean is not the best but is also not that bad, I have seen worst, way worst than this movie. The only problem I had is the ending. maybe you like it, depends on how you see it.

I hope this movie died and stay dead. Are we 5 years old? I believe that even teenagers will find this movie boring. The acting of some people in this movie was atrocious. Anyway Just give this movie a chance, the only thing you are going to lose is one hour and fifteen minutes of your life.

Some people will like this movie while others not so much, I'm a Zombie fan but even though I'm a fan I don't watch all zombie movie because there are some ridiculous movies out there like " Zombie Strippers" Yuck, Anyway, for me, this movie was ok, The production, camera work, and acting are all fine, for I would have liked a little more action.

I like it when people review movies telling others ( I don't recommend this movie) Don't watch this movie) Why? you don't like Adam Sandler because is goofy, you don't like Tom Cruise because is Scientology, grow up!! oh, and we have the other group, the haters, I going to tell you a little story, I used to work with a guy that sings, you know those people that only sing in their town, anyway he gave me a cd, he records so I could listen, so the next day, I told him the songs I like and when I told him the one I didn't like, he told me to stop hating, Moron if I was a hater, I would tell you that I did not like None of them, with these people you don't win, they so narcissism, and you wanna know the funny thing, he said that he was better than few real singers, and I was like, so how come you still working here? and I know some of you going to say, maybe he didn't have the opportunity to shine, right? the thing is, he had it, he went to MTV, he went to competitions, but he didn't make it, I wonder why? oh, wait, because the judges hate on him, ( I been sarcastic ), anyway, coming back to the movie, Gina Rodriguez is ok actress but not like some reviewer suggest " She is phenomenal actress" I tell you this her acting is better than Jennifer Lopez, whoa, whoa I'm not hating I'm just telling the truth, and For the record, I'm the same race as Gina R. and Jennifer L, Roselyn Sánchez she is a great actress, Rita Moreno she is a great actress. This movie is a movie, but I tell you this, some of the stuff in the movie, happens in real life, take as an example the three families that were ambushed as they drove along a dirt track in Sonora state. So I say this, check the reviews and use common sense, good luck!

I give this movie a 5 because they didn't say bad words and they didn't show nudity otherwise I would have given it 3, don't get me wrong-a few bad words and a scene of nudity here and there is fine. But it was better than the Nun

Since people give bad reviews for the simple and dumbest thing, like this, for example, this person gives a 3 and I quote him" You can kill as many humans as you want but never kill a dog" when in reality you know that they won't do that. and another give a 10 because Danny Mcbride, Come on!! I like Jim Carrey and not all his movies are good and I will review his movie according to how the movie is, acting, shooting, editing, etc, so I'm giving this film a 1 since there are a lot of curses words against God, and still, the movie isn't that good.

Listen in my opinion, this movie doesn't deserve a 1 but either a 10. This movie has its flaws but it was decent to watch, the only part that I was disappointed it, was the part when Evan make it to the front outside and somehow the scene got mess up with the editing. I have seen scary movies when the group is so annoying and overacting and you just want to turn off the movie, but in this one the group was ok. my first rating was 6 but since there was not a lot of profanity I raise it to 7. I guess people these days have peer pressure, didn't we had enough in high school? Put attention when you are watching a show and they have a special guest and that guest says a bad word, how everyone in the audience starts laughing.

I don't know where to start, heck I don't even know if IMDB will approve my review because like 2 weeks ago I review a movie and when I checked back, I didn't see my review, anyway, now I understand when people said: I lost 2 hours of my life, watching this movie was very painful, the actor of this movie was lousy, I felt sorry for them, the only actor that was decent was Luis Fernando Peña, that's it. The jokes, omg. listen if you are reading my review (which btw my spelling sucks like this movie) I want you to watch this movie because I want you to suffer as I did.

You got the people that love Breaking Bad and because of that they give this movie a 10, then you got the people that love Breaking Bad and expect Walter coming from the dead, side with Jesse and and expect them to go on a Killing Spree or what ever you want to think of it, and then you got the people that love Breaking Bad, like me and felt for Jesse Character and still give this film a fair rating. Thank you!

We can see why some people, like, this movie and some didn't like it , We didn't like it for one factor, you have to see the ending to find out and also you have to see the movie from your perspective, are you white? hispanic? afro american? yes it does count, an example of this is ; most hispanic eat: rice and beans, most white folks eat: wendy, burger king= fast food. most italian eat: pasta, most african-american eat: fried chicken ,, you get our point? well, the same thing goes with a love interest, different races think differently. Some people believe that sharing is caring, but sometimes it could lead to be jealosy.

The story is confusing and weird about a cult and most of the characters are not well developed. I don't know how rotten tomatoes gave this flick good rating, what can I said. Watch it and I hope you like it because I didn't

I give this film a 4, (to each his own or different strokes for different folks) they were some parts with bad editing, like for example, some of the vampires have differents shirt in different scenes, but is not that bad, the movie is watchable
