Right around midpoint of the film, I couldn't help but draw my attention to two other films with similar/likewise scenarios, which were "Kingdom Come" and "Dark Floors." Just like this film, all these films are related by no plot, poor character connection, cryptic cliches, and sad cliff hangers to wrap up the story. All these films are astonishing alike not only in story, but in setting as well.
I predicted the general scenario about ten minutes into the film, so the suspense factor was thin. I could even predict the "opposing" values between Virgil and Lillie, as "guides."
I believe the suspense was nonpresent and the story is cliche and weak, with no character connections. The only thing the characters have in common is that they are in the same hospital. No part of the story connects them in anyway.
Overall, if you feel like watching something with little or no thinking involved, this is on par. I would steer clear if you're looking for a hogh quality film or story.

REVIEW BASED ON PS5 CONSOLE:
Throne and Liberty is not a bad MMO, but it could use improvement; then again, what game couldn't being as young as it is.
It is a good mixture between a sandbox RPG and a guild RPG. One thing I do admire is that the player is NOT forced to participate in party dungeons to progress in the story. I think this is a wise game feature, to fit all those who play. I was able to invite my friend to the game due to this. She does not like MMOs that force you to do anything that involves the story, which this title does not.
There is some improvements and bugs that need to be ironed out (which I'm sure they will). One of them is when I hooked on to a ring with my grappling hook, it would register that I fell, and I would die immediately, and the other is that it would place my character 10 seconds behind where he was (almost like severe lag).
Another issue is the targeting system and spell casting is somewhat clunky on console. It isn't terrible and can be tolerated. It isn't beyond repair like some titles.
They have some work ahead of them, but keep in mind this review is from PS5 console and the game is very young.
All in all this game is very fun and you'll never run out of things to do, because my lord, there's enough. It may seem tedious at first, but once the player gets the hang of things, it becomes very addicting and keeps you busy, wanting to play more. This will have an exceptional affect on completionist gamers.
It is a fun game with acquired taste. I'd give it a try if I were a MMO fan, which I am. I believe the bugs will improve with future updates.
Good game.

Good game.
This movie takes the usual regurgitation of supernatural mystery, and puts a twist on it. It does fool you into thinking the movie is about a whole other forte than what it is aimed at!
The problem with the film is when the plot is revealed (about 1/2 through), the movie becomes highly predictable once you find out who the psychic describes as the 'killer' in the storyline. I will give the story credit for catching me by surprise. The twist isn't in the story, it's a genre twist (in a way).
The movie is sort of campy with no cosmetic cinematography. It actually quite dull and dark. It definitely didn't do the film any good.
The creativity and the twist are what kept this movie alive. The concept has been rehashed with supernatural mystery/killer films since time began.
Despite its negatives, the film is actually watchable, as well as likable. The acting was good. The only thing this movie needed was faster pace and more artisan camera work.
It is definitely worth a one time watch.
6/10.
