What can I say about Ghosts of Mars? John Carpenter directed it, and even HE hates it. He quit directing for literal years because of his disdain for this movie.. not the filming process or any of that, but the movie itself.
That being said, I know it's bad by soooo many standards. But I can't help but to LOVE THIS MOVIE!! Omfg I cannot remember a time where I put it on and didn't have an absolute blast watching it! The soundtrack is incredible and just gets my blood pumping, and always has since I first watched it almost 25 years ago. I've easily seen it 15 times, and it never gets old. Sure, it's a "crappy movie" technically, but my experiences watching it have ALWAYS uplifted my mood. And to me, that is what the movie watching experience is all about.. that feeling you get when you watch it. And every time I pop my DVD in (still own my VHS copy of it too) I feel nothing less than the purest form of nostalgia, and the absolute joy that you can't help but feel from that 💕
And for the aforementioned reasons above, I will adore this flim until the day I die.. even if I am the only one out there who does.

I expected ALOT more from this show. We get it. Sabrina Gilesse the judge likes women.. but they must mention it 14 times an episode like it's in her contract.
Anyways, to the show. 9-10 times I don't even get a chuckle from the battles.. they are so tame. Also, they are sooooooo outdated omg!! The jokes are like something you'd hear from a teenager who just discovered puberty. Even from the judges.. one being RUSSELL PETERS!!
This show is as boring as watching paint dry.. but paint drying is funnier. Seriously I cannot stress how lame the jokes are. It's NOTHING like the famous CC roasts. Save your time, skip this snoozefest.
