A movie about a faked fake moon landing is a bit on the nose. As a movie it's horrid. The casting of Channing Tatum as the Deke Slayton character is laughable. He acting is stiff and in no way is he believable as fighter pilot. There is zero chemistry with Johansson. Johansson isn't much better either. She just goes through the motions. She just wants it to end quickly. The rest of the cast is just filler.
But the premise of faking the moon LANDINGS is a reality. It was done at an abandoned US airbase in England. And they did use Kubrick to stage and direct the production. Kubrick was killed when he threatened to expose the whole thing. That's church, yo.

Not nearly as good as the first three but wayyyyy better than the Renner one. By the time this was filmed Damon must have been close to 50. He's no Tom Cruise (he's showing his age too) so the action stunts have to be toned down. Stiles is showing her age too. The story is very forced and doesn't align with the 1st 3. It's just not as compelling. Instead, it's filled with crazy a motorcycle chase, a chase through a factory, and other mundane actions. The dialogue needs work too. Hopefully, this is the last one with Matt Damon. If not, the next movie he'll need a walker. That's all I have to say about that. The stupid min character number needs to be reduced to something like 250 or so.
These doctors admitted the treatment room was chaotic and they were attempting to save his life. There was no detailed exam of the body and no photography were taken. It boils down to he said-she said. There have been tests on cadavers that prove Kennedy's head did "explode" when the bullet hit solid bone and computer simulations that show Kennedy and Connelly were stuck by the same bullet yet none of this is presented. There were no photos taken in Dallas yet the doctors claim the photos taken at the Naval Hospital were doctored. They provided no proof that's true. This isn't a "documentary."
