My word British cinema made some rubbish. This is marked down as a comedy but what exactly was funny? As from Dec 2024 its got a 6.9 rating which defies logic. There are some famous faces , sadly ones deceased now. Best character disappeared from the movie after about 15 minutes Rita Wolf as Carrie. There one character who is an ugly as sin yet the movie protrays him as gods gift ro women. Billie Whitelaw Cypriot character was ridiculous. All in all an unfunny , typical British comedy movie of the 80s. We really made some crap here. Nothing happens in this movie also to many required characters needed here its to long.

Yes it is a good programme if watch an episode every now and then but to watch consistently over 2 or 3 episodes at once it does follow similar patterns and the episodes are a but samey in how they are structured but with different people talking. Also it is padded out at 45mins per episode, I think it would be better to have 30 minute episodes. In one of the episodes they showed the one picture they had of the murderer about 30 times. Also the little quirks in the show can be irritating, the glances, the close ups of the interviewees, the piano keys noises and Shaun Dooleys narrator voice after a while become a bit tedious. In saying that is it watchable and a decent series in small doses.
