If someone told me that this show was written by a 13 year old boy with brain damage, I would definitely believe them.
The writing is terrible, the acting is laughable. Frank Grillo essentially plays the same one dimensional character in everything he appears in.
None of the characters are likeable, or behave in recognisably human ways. Their behaviour changes at random to create random plot points. During the entire length of the show, absolutely no one learns anything, there is no character development, no story arc. People just do random, stupid things for no discernible reason.
In Kingdom, fighters are all portrayed as moronic thugs and junkies. This does a great disservice to real fighters, who are often dedicated and decent in real life.
Finally, Bryan Callen, please just stop.

This film perfectly illustrates how film companies manage to make a mockery of imdb rating systems by the flooding the website with fake ratings and reviews to offset the terrible ratings and reviews from real viewers.
