This show is okay but far from great. Actress Jin-ah Won and and actor Kim Seok-woo are excellent thought. If they were then what's the problem? Too many other romances, stories and character's issues going on. So many that it detracts from the main character's romance. It was hard to keep track who loved who, who hated who. There is just not enough time given to the main characters' story and romance. On the positive side the show does give us an interesting look into the world of a cosmetics company and its employees. I have o admit that I liked the ending. Korean shows (Kgramas) are known for their non-definitive open ending. This show at least shows what happens with the main characters.
This was an okay show to watch, just not all that good. The main cast. Seol Hyun and Im Si-Wan, had no energy and no chemistry between them. Their romance was way too subdued, they seemed to have no energy. Was this the fault of the cast or the director and writer? The supporting cast had better romances. This show should not be listed as a romance. The mystery story in the show was okay.
Kim Hye-Jung's character was a very annoying granny.
The ending was okay but was very open ended when it came to the romances. A more definitive ending was needed. This type of open ending is a weakness typical of many Kdramas.

This show has made it to the top of my watched Kdramas. It is a combination of fantasy, drama, historical themes, war and romance. Excellent combination of humor and drama. Kim Nam-Gil was incredible. He carried the show over the top for me. Why didn't I rate it a 10? (I gave it a nine) Because of the weak ending which is so common in Korean shows.
