The relentless singing, dancing, head tossing feels like Jennifer Lawrence's character in AMERICAN HUSTLE, where Lawrence gives a spot-on performance of intentional campy mania.
What is radiant is the talent of many artists working hard to polish the look of the movie/video/music video. But it feels as if no choices were made...as if this is the full meal JLo needed to get out of her system.
Like starting out to write the Great American Novel...feels like a smorgasboard of ideas...but no distilling.
I truly admire JLo's trying to explain this thing called love...but her audience already knows this enigma of love.
