Not a second of this episode was filmed in St. Louis. MO.

I honestly have no idea why they titled the episode 'St. Louis'.
I would have thought that a show produced by a major production company and televised in CBS would be so cheaply produced. This is a Hallmark style production, where it's filmed in Canada but they want you to believe it takes place in a major United States metropolitan city. That is some low budget streaming service type stuff.
At least Hallmark would bother to work in a canned shot of The St. Louis Arch or highway sign.
