Grey's Anatomy: Break on Through (2006)
Sydney in For Bailey
THE best part of this episode is Christina apologizing to Sydney.
It looks like Sydney is ready to be walked all over, but she's got some good things to say to Christine while Burke is present.
When he shows up in Sydney's surgery while she is trying to save her patient's leg. It appeared Christina called Burke because she thought Sydney and Karev should have amputated the leg.
Sydney puts Yang in her place in front of Dr. Burke while explaining paining to him what she is doing and what she plans to do. Alex get some me kudos from Sydney. But Alex is there because it is a better surgery to remove dead tissue and save the young woman's leg.
Burke later tells Yang she should apologize to Sydney.
It is very painful for Yang to do, but she does it.
NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service: Frame Up (2005)
Chuck
It really took too long for the team to discover who framed Tony. Legs were found with no body attached. All the forensic evidence pointed to Denozzo. Of course the one who figured it out was Abby. Very glad that Charles/Chuck is gone and we won't see him again. At the end it appears he would get Abby with his knife. But she has obviously turned the tables on him and has him bound with duct tape by the end of the show. The other extra characters were brought in to confuse the issue and distract from the real culprit. This is a good episode to find out who framed Tony because we know Tony would not murder anyone.
House M.D.: Ugly (2007)
Lyme
So it's not remarkable that this kid has Lyme. What is remarkable is that House saying that there's always rash with Lyme. Absolutely false. The last time Lyme was in this show, he took a tick off of a girl and all of the sudden she was cured. This is also false. I know a lot about it because I have it and have had chronic Lyme for 14 years.
Also really unbelievable that the woman who worked for the CIA would be inept and get fired right off the bat. So we assume she went back to work at the CIA.
Overall this show about the kid with a growth on his face failed to be very interesting. All the characters were interesting including Wilson. The story line about the kid with the growth was just not developed well enough to keep it interesting. The storyline about the tv cameras and such was just too overwhelming for this show. There were too many stories going on and the main story got lost in all that.
House M.D.: Fools for Love (2006)
Good Solid Episode
My only complaint is that this episode was made too close to the episode about the boy who imagined aliens. He had a twin and still contained remnants/ evidence of the twin in his body. This is too similar to this episode which turns out to be about a young married couple who are half brother and sister. House finally diagnoses their disease and figures out the two lived next door to each other growing up. The dad was very upset with the marriage, but instead of telling these kids he is both of their dads , he doesn't say anything. House is left to figure out the mess and Foreman tells them they probably have the same dad. The eye color was clue.
Blue Bloods: Framed (2013)
Good episode
The cast works well together. I thought I remembered internal affairs guy was the guilty party. Drugs show up in Danny's car. Danny knew it was someone from the department when the man walking his dog said he saw the unmarked police car in front of Danny's house. Then his gun in his lockbox disappeared. It was so frustrating. The Reagan's all did their own things working on Danny's behalf. It was funny that Jack's bill turned out to be one dollar. I. E guy was in debt to his bookie and it was convenient to take Danny's gun and shoot the bookie in order to frame someone else. The black book was found in the bookie's safe. Kate, Danny's partner on this, did everything she could to show that Danny was framed.
Ally McBeal: You Never Can Tell (1998)
Ally doesn't like Wally
Wally is a strange little man who wants to pursue Ally after a bowling date. He sings to her outside her office. Then he turns up at the office with a flowering plant.
To squash his interest Ally has Georgia come to her office. Elaine lets Wally open the door to Ally's office to see her lip locked with Georgia. Wally is appalled and hightails it out of the firm. This is funny and some comic banter takes place after Wally is gone.
Courtney Thorne Smith is funny in her own right and doesn't get enough comic dialogue which she is obviously capable of pulling off. It's too bad she left the show. She is very talented.
Death in Paradise: Death in Flight (2022)
Not
This show has been boring for the last several episodes. The main characters can act, but the writing is not very good. Murder mysteries should be suspenseful or try to keep the audience guessing. It hasn't been believable since the last season or two.
The commissioner has been portrayed for a long time as one dimensional. He doesn't like the detective and that's all we see or hear when the two of them interact. It's supposed to be funny but it comes off all wrong.
I'm very tired of them trying to cast American characters with actors who can't pull off an American accent. If you want an American accent cast an American actor.
Picket Fences: This Little Piggy (1995)
Stupid again
Silly show takes itself seriously. Adam is a jerk and Kim is stupid.
She thinks she's a smart college girl, but she's still immature. The animal rights got lost in Adam's ego. Wambaugh is funny , as usual. Smoke bomb stunt just shows how easily Kim was taken in by Adam.
Zach should know by now to stop taking his sister's word as gospel. His character should think for himself more.
Little House on the Prairie: The Older Brothers (1983)
Dumb
This is the worst episode I think I've ever seen. Sheer stupidity. If it was ripped off from Bonanza that must have been one of the most unfunny episodes too. Dumb characters on Little House aren't even near funny.
One Night with the King (2006)
Exceptional
This is a beautiful movie and very well done. Great characters acted by great actors. Visually excellent with wonderful cinematography. The story is compelling. Definitely worth watching.
Ally McBeal: Heat Wave (1999)
Great show
Love this show all around. It is the beginning of the end for Billy which makes sense at the end of his crazy behavior. I still love Ally McBeal after so many years. Just wish it had lasted another season or two.
Little House on the Prairie: May We Make Them Proud: Part I (1980)
forgot the baby?
It's a ridiculous story line that Adam and Mary both walked out of their room without the baby. Anyone would make sure they got their baby out of a burning building. Just because they are blind doesn't mean they would just forget the baby. It's a bad storyline and should not have been written this way.
The Conners: Keep on Truckin' Six Feet Apart (2020)
This show is still on?
Unbelievable that this show is still on! How did that happen? Any episodes I have seen aren't close to funny. Kill this show and put everyone out of misery.
Glee: We Built This Glee Club (2015)
Terrible writing
I'm just a few minutes in to episode 11 of season 6 and it just keeps getting worse. It's a shame such a god show got shafted in season 6. The writers should be embarrassed they gave these scripts to this cast.
Glee: Child Star (2015)
Horrible
It's no wonder this show was cancelled. It's like the writers lost their minds. That kid is the most annoying character ever. And they keep him for the rest of this season? It's the most ridiculous that he will keep performing and go to the high school. Dumb idea not to stay with what works.
Glee: Extraordinary Merry Christmas (2011)
Worst episode I have seen
Terrible! What were they thinking? I kept waiting for it to get better.
Station 19: Out of Control (2020)
Going woke
The woke culture/movement cancel culture mentality will end your show. Did anyone who wasn't black get arrested? All cops are white and biased and late. ? Really?
New Amsterdam: This Is All I Need (2021)
So cliche
Oh I'm so afraid of the police.
And what happened where the police have been defunded or eliminated? Hmm didn't see that coming did ya? Puhhhhleeese
The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (2005)
Excellent
I was so impressed with how true to the book this is. All around wonderful movie. All the performances were great. The children surprised me with such professional acting. This did not disappoint me in the least.
Last Tango in Halifax (2012)
Excellent Clever Cute
Wonderful cast of characters funny together with oh so much drama. Never a dull moment with something new always popping up. Character development among the main players is steady and sure with plenty of twists and turns along the way.
Life in Pieces: Jungle Push Resort Anniversary (2019)
Dumb
This show isn't even close to funny. I keep waiting for something to be funny. Most of the episodes are very disappointing. Someone in my family likes this show and I end up watching it with them and just enduring it. At least it's not an hour long.
Alta mar (2019)
Not bad
I became interested because the ship itself is based on The Queen Mary. It is interesting and frustrating at the same time. As Viewer I was frustrated that all the answers aren't solved right away, but that's just me. The overdubbing in English is very good. The writing is good because it makes me suspicious of almost every character. It keeps my interest. I've only watched a few episodes and look forward to watching more and more of the Queen Mary.
Freud (2020)
Horrible
Don't expect anything like Freud. This is not Freud. occult and wired and gross. The first episode was interesting and then it got increasingly sicker and sicker. Gross disgusting "sex" ? (if you can even call it that) scene. There are much better Netflix originals.
The Blacklist: Les Fleurs du Mal (No. 151) (2019)
Pu lease
Kararina is pretty dumb if she needs to copy the quickset key to Liz's apartment. Someone supposedly as devious and smart as she is could open that lock no problem. And dumb of Liz to have such an easy door lock.
Grey's Anatomy: Life on Mars? (2020)
Not the greatest
This is not the best episode I've seen. This episode lacks continuity. It drags in some parts and jumps around in other parts.
