There Is No Place For Naivety...
After Vincenzo and Taxi Driver comes The Devil Judge. Another vigilante/dark hero character emerges in a dystopian Korea. This series makes its goal to focus on the naïve beliefs of people of the rule of law and that the system should be upheld whether it works or not. A ferocious attack at the naïve people and their beliefs that the system, that is vastly corrupted and run by the powerful and the rich, should be upheld and any means to fight such system should be done as the law allows. Frankly speaking, this series does a marvelous job at portraying the fickle minds protecting the very system that is causing them huge misfortunes while taking down the very people trying to get them out of their misery. I really cannot tell you how satisfied I am to have watched this series make fun, for the lack of a better word, of these gullible people while delivering the most factual events as if they are cut from reality itself. This is by far one of the greatest portrayal of the human condition that can no longer save itself. A must watch!!!

A Good One To Watch
This series is fairly good with a solid story and an interesting theme. In the occult scene, this one can hold its own. The series also explore its own world while exploring past events that impacted the present of the main 2 characters. The story focuses more on the tragic story, exorcism and everything related to it. The romantic angle is kept to a minimum probably to create an extreme atmosphere of stress. If you are into such themes, this one will be a good one to watch.

I Was Left Wanting More...
This is an amazing thing to watch. This series is definitely one of the best medical dramas out there. The main character Lee Yeong-oh is one of the most interesting, most wonderous things to see. Just watching him lights up the screen. You just keep wanting to see him more. He is also accompanied by an equally wonderous character, Gye Jin-seong. Her importance rises at the later episodes of this series. My one and only disappointment is that the series was only 14 episodes. 20 episodes would have definitely satisfied my hunger for more. Yup, the series is just that good. A must watch!!!
Kill It (2019)
Wasted Opportunity...
If this series succeeds at one thing, it is proving that our sense of justice is so broken that it only does one thing and one thing only: blaming it on the victims who actually stand against those who wronged them. The veil of stupid justice that claims revenge as a form of a savage reaction and encourages keeping your mouth shut and seeking no justice at all as the right thing to do. The stupid kind of justice where you put the victims in jail while the perpetrator runs free cause that's the true way of the world. The writer of this series wastes this great series as he follows this road for whatever reason ending this series in a very unexpected way.

A Look At The Horrifying Side...
If you have watched Something In The Rain (2018), then you have an idea what I mean by that title. This series even has 2 of the actors from Something In The Rain (2018). Like that series, One Spring Night takes a look at what culturally considered to be a taboo specifically marriage to a person with a kid, divorce and arranged marriage that is about raising one's social status. This series is not as stressful as Something In The Rain (2018), so don't worry about that. The writer did a great job with this series and the message is clearly an attack on those ignorant beliefs that are not in any way or form come from a place of truth. A series that tries to push beliefs that are built around shaming people without any reason or any form of logical whatsoever. And they say this stupid species is the only logical being to exist. If that's the case, then this species is the greatest failure of all.

Superb Comedy Series!!!
Comedy wise, this series is just incredibly well-done. Some of the best laugh-out-loud moments. Another specialized series built around real estate and the current housing crisis. An eye opener that doesn't steer off its intended genre. The romance part of this series fuels comedy which is the heart of any rom-com movie or series. A must see series!!!

I had High Expectations...
I came with some excitement when I started watching this series. The theme, the actors and the story felt just like what I needed. Unfortunately, I found myself waiting whole 8 episodes for the series to start providing actual development. The ending of this series itself was not that something even though it was a happy ending. If you are willing to wait, starting from episode 9, you'll start getting some action and from there on things will keep getting better as the plot opens wide and starts to develop as it is supposed to be.

Worth The Watch If You Are...
This is series was definitely ruined by the first 12 episodes and magically saved by the last 6. Yes, there was some great moments but they were not enough to fix whatever inconsistency this series was dealing with. The least 6 episodes were definitely the highlight of this series. The ending was built around the theme of "Let's meet again when it's all over". It presented a great sacrifice which I believe mirrors the writing around the first 12 episodes. The writer sacrificed the story for whatever theme he or she was trying to hold on to, which eventually led to halt to any meaningful development of the story. If you are willing to deal with those 12 episodes, the last 6 will present you with a web of an expected reveals that would keep you at the edge of your seat.

Definitely Not Your Usual Romance!!!
It is an incredible thing to see how someone who lived all his life being someone who toys with people meet someone that peels off all the nonsense and realize that he's been living as someone else. Realizing who he actually is, he sends ripples in the lives of those around him and they slowly but surely follow foot. This is definitely a series that stands in its own genre being both beautiful and ugly, comforting and painful, Loving and hateful. A great experience overall. Despite the ending being quite concise, the journey remains worth every second spent.

An Eye Opener...
This series is definitely one of the funniest series out there. The whole cast itself from the start gives you that laughter will have a strong presence in this series. However, I have to say I enjoyed the romance between the two leads especially. Precisely, around the period where Jo In-Sung's character was diagnosed with schizophrenia. His journey to recovery was not an easy one and times frightening to see. The things people go through is just something that brings tears to my eyes. To see the trauma and how powerful its presence in someone's life to the point his mind manifests a being is really a painful experience. The writer did a great job with this series. The series is both entertaining and informative. The series also deals with other patients within the main cast and their lives with their respective mental illnesses. Quite an eye opener. A must watch!!!

Driven By Justicia, The Justice Seeker!!!
This is not your usual series. It is so real that you cannot seperate it from reality. A group of people who fell victim to the corruption of the system ravaging both that world and ours, band together to form a vigilante group to do actual, real change in peoples lives and do what the police acts to do, you know like how actors acts in movies and series. As you xtch this, you'll get a sense of satisfaction that both Marvel and DC together won't ever achieve. This is about real life, real people, real heroes forget by real life, forged by their own experiences, pain and trauma. This series is not a fiction. It is cry for help in a world ravaged by evil, a cry for people, vigilantes who can and will serve actual justice. It brings real joy to see something like this be in this world. It speaks of a feeling that we may think we are alone in it, but we are not. We need our own Taxi Driver. Absolutely a must watch.

A look Into The World Of Variety Shows
This one falls under the category of specialized series. It's like Start-up and Search WWW. I can say that those two were better than this one though. Still this series still worth the watch. You get an inside look on the lives of producers and their jobs. We also get to see an inside look in the lives of idols through IU's character. Overall, the series is worth the watch.

It's Okay Enough...
If I'm gonna name a reason why this series could have been better, it'll be the main leads character. His indecisiveness pretty much ruined everything about him as well as the flow of the series. The writer should have rectified this during the very first episodes but it just piling stress on the whole plot. It wasn't really an enjoyable experience watching this one. Although, the last episode provided greater relief, it still did not help at all.

One Of THE Best series Ever!!!
Song Joong-ki's performance in this series is just incredible. Definitely matched or even outshined by Jeon Yeo-bin's performance. One of the most distinctive characters I have ever seen in my life. Shows how much work Jeon Yeo-bin put into the role. This series is so amazing thanks to the balanced give and take flow of the battle between the 2 fighting forces. Super funny and unexpected reveals about the characters makes this series unmatched. It's just surprisingly superb. Plus, you'll definitely love the vigilante side to it. It is so relevant to today's flood of corruption and crime around the world. This series will satisfy your hunger for everything you ever dream to see in a drama. A must watch!!!

To Fall In Love With A Robot...
The premise of this series opens the door for a look alike robot to enter the world of her comatose son. That starts a love between the robot and his bodyguard. The great thing about this series is how the robot pretty much uplifts the lives of everyone around him. Despite being made into the person he was replacing, he still chooses to breakthrough it and grow into himself. Overall, a good series worth the watch.

One Of The Best Medical K-Dramas
I have to say I enjoyed watching this one. Started with a punch of a first episode. During the first episodes, you'll come to find that the theme of Euthanasia and relieving pain will be the driving force for this series. One of the things I enjoyed about this series was how some characters position changed over time which uplifted the series overall. Coming to terms with others decisions while experiencing the situation that led to those same decisions. I had a great time watching this. A must watch!!!

Worth Every Second
One of the best K-dramas out there. It provides a great look intot he lives of special forces units tasked with confidential missions and its impact on ther lives and their relationships with the people around them. The core is serious but the series itself spreads throughout multiple genres. Watching it, I had my fill of laughter, tears, excitement and fun. Plus, the series focuses on the relationships of two couples which makes it even better overall. A must watch!!!

Shin Hye-Sun Is Really The Queen!!!
This was my 1st watching Shin Hye-Sun in a series and I have to say I was impressed by her acting. This series shines when it comes to comedy and Shin Hye-Sun is the driving force behind it. If you are looking for a series with lots of laughs, this one is to go for. The ending of this series felt a bit rushed. I hoped for more. I wanted to see a more detailed ending. Still, the series was worth the watch.

Had High Hopes For This One, But...
I did not like this one at all. I really tried but it was nothing special. You would expect that the Zombie Detective to have an impact on actual ongoing investigations while working on how he came to be, but unfortunately there was no such impact. I also couldn't connect with Park Joo-Hyun's character at all. The comedy aspect of the series did not help at all fill that gap. Skip this one. Not worth it.

I Loved Even The Painful Moments...
This is by far one of the best romantic Korean series I have ever watched. Kim Ro-Woon's character was definitely the star of this series. His presence resembled the presence of a sage. For someone young, he is a person who knows what he wants, why he wants it and how to defend it. Throughout the whole series, he keeps proving over and over to Won Jin-ah's character, who is older than him, that his views about what is and what is not are actually the true way of things. Every time he opened his mouth, he created a special moment in this series. This series also features painful moments especially during the last chapter of the series. Even at that time, I enjoyed them. This shows the importance and impact of Kim Ro-Woon's character on the overall atmosphere of the series. A must watch by all means!!!
Sijipeuseu: The Myth (2021)
They Ruined It...
This series was not something special as it seemed at first. The time traveling genre rarely makes an exceptional movie or series. This series was no different. I can't say that there was anything captivating about it. But, what ruined it totally was the ending. The last thread of hope for this series was cut by its creator. Way to go buddy. It's funny how the creator further sabotaged any chance for his series. Skip it and don't bother even speak of it.

Do Not Bother At All
I begrudgingly finished this series as it was obvious it won't be going anywhere with its disappointing, overwhelming and stressful story. No moment of rest or triumph. What is the point of a series that is not going anywhere. I hope they don't do a second season for this waste of time of a series.

Something Different
This was definitely a different take on the romance genre. I have to say I loved how the six characters were not fully separate from each other and had the capacity to learn about what the other is saying. A very new and fresh take on love, people and experiences. The series has some great moments and a history that fuels the actions of these six characters that makes it definitely worth the watch.

Overall Enjoyable
I grew quite fond of Korean crime genre. They tend to provide excellent stories with complicated intertwining plot. What I love about this genre is the never ending give and take and creative schemes from both the fighting parties. Mad Dog is all that and more with shocking reveals and hints of romance between Woo Do-Hwan and Ryu Hwa-young, who really was the undeniable beauty of this series. The ending was really good and a great way to end the series on a satisfying and fulfilling note. It was really cool to watch. A must watch!!!

Rocked The Crime Genre!!!
I watched both the 1st and the 2nd series and it was nothing but a pleasure to explore the story of this series. Crime genre uplifted by some of the most interesting investigation methods ever explored lead by Jeong Jae-yeong. The casting for this series played a crucial part in it's success along this ever evolving story. If you think you saw it all, let me tell you, you haven't until you've seen this series. A must watch!!!
