Well if you have seen the original movie you will understand why this version is bad ! The music and of course the actors. Charlton Heston was a great movie star and you can see that in his movies. In this movie , well if you see the special effects you could think that you are in a game on a ps4. Not really convincing ! The action between the actors , well boring and not motivating to look. If you make a movie real then the magic is gone. They should not have made a remake of this, there are movies that should best be left alone and the only one !! This one does not do tribute to the original one.

Well what can i say about this one. Do not buy it. It is throwing your money away. Bad acting, well the actors are not having chemistry. Bad filming, the camera keeps moving and you will get a feeling of being seasick. It is very annoying. The script, well you start wondering if they had a good party when they made this one. Actually this film does not do any credit at the last 2 movies. These were nice movies to watch. So do you want this one in your collection. The answer is not in mine collection. If there will be another one they better get there act together !! This could have been a much better movie..... So if you have some time to kill , do not take this movie. It is not worth the time to view it.

I like this movie very much and still consider this one the best ! There are several movies about this book, but still this one i never get tired. Amazing the animals and the actors are doing what they should do. All in all i can recommend this one to all !! If you look at this film as the standard nowadays is then you will see it is a older movie. But that should not stop you to enjoy this movie, every time you watch !! It is in my opinion not wasted money to buy this one !! How it looks like on blue ray, in my opinion do not buy it. Buy it on DVD , some movies are not made for blue ray. I hope the new jungle book that is coming will have the same impact as this one did to me !!
