This movie was really hard to watch. I couldn't even remotely appreciate the phenomenal actors because the storyline was so beyond dystopian/horror/sci fi to the point of absolute ridiculousness, absurdity. Probably the first Cronenberg movie I disliked. Makes me wonder how desperate the actors were to sign up for this crap, especially given the great performances they've done in the past. WTF were they thinking??? When I watch a dystopian-based movie, I need to see an actual storyline with a purpose. This movie is 100% empty nonsense with some goriness tossed in to make it try to reach the horror/sci fi aspect. A total waste of money.

This movie was made well with great performances. It hits all the true-life spots of the reality that gays experience in life and, most of all, the young trying to be themselves in a cruel, judgemental, hateful world. This movie did not disappoint. Haters will be haters because they clearly just don't get it.

Wow. Never thought any of the F&F would suck but this one did. Started out ok with tons of action but then quickly turned so cheesy. There's fantasy action and then there's crossing the line into ridiculous which this one did. Sad.
