Perfect for fans of HBO-style, grounded-with-a-dash-of-absurdity comedy; Bert and Lilith have an uncanny ability to take a semi-average experience, like a ceiling leak, and insert absurdity without making it cringe.
A lot of the episodes reminded me of the version of NYC that High Maintenance crafted back when it was a web series, in fact I could easily see HM's dealer fitting in with the rotating cast of guest stars.
If you're looking for something fun and quick to watch, give Lilith & Bert a sample, and if you've got more time, they've got a whole range of episodes for you to choose from! As of now, the episodes seem to take place largely within a single apartment (and there's been a wealth of topics to craft from). Interested to see if we'll be venturing into the streets for future episodes.
