This movie was good but we were watching it in french at school and it was hard to understand as i only speak and understand English. We had English subtitles but because i was reading them it was hard to watch the movie. I think if the movie was longer and in English it would have been a really good movie. I hope we get to see the second one and i hope its in English.................................................... apart from that i think the movie was really good if it had of gone for longer and had movie stars that i know in it. So I think that My Father's Glory is an OK movie and i would give it a 6 out of 10. And i would give it a 8 out of 10 no i would give it a 300 out 10

Well there is no hole in the plot, because Jack Sparrow only gets cursed later, when he is convincing Barbossa not to kill Will Turner. He says something along the lines of, "Let your men do what they do best, then you can kill the welp (Will Turner). But kill them all, *Picks up coins here* every, last, one. Then you get a close up of Jack's hand, and it is obvious that he kept a coin.

Then, if you watch closely, Jack does not go into the moonlight until Barbossa sticks his sword through him.

So, there is no 'supposed' hole it the plot.

But i still don't understand how Will Turner's father died, because he was cursed as well, and i think the bad pirates were supposed to have killed him.
