"Danny Boyle" shows himself as a respectable director with this film. And intelligence and interest in choosing such a subject is appreciated. With this film, he is on the list of my favorite directors whose work I follow. The film is very suitable between concept and form. The content of the movie is correct and intelligent. It is not possible to propose a specific form for the film. Although the film tries to take advantage of the documentary model in its structure, I read the " boyle's" film form. I still believe that at the Oscars, this film was more deserving of receiving the best film than "The King's Speech". A precise and calculated performance by "James Franco" in the role of "Aron Ralston" is an admirable point in the film. The acting is believable and this is a difficult task that "Franco" has done in this film. The most interesting concept of the film for me is the emphasis on imagination and reference to memories. Man lives with imagination, and Aron gives himself life again with his imagination in perhaps the most difficult time of his life. The film removes the border between reality and imagination and sees life as the result of imagining to achieve reality. His unceasing effort definitely has a message hidden in it for all people and it points out the secret of success and victory.
1- The distinguishing point of the film is that all the main actors of the film are women. Maybe the insistence on this issue has caused gaps in the script. Dayan's past and secret need more focus and accuracy in the script.
2- The acting of the main actors is very good and the cinematography is the same and some sequences are excellent with subtle editing.
3- The attention to technique in the films of recent years has been noticeable and the advancement of technology has had a significant impact on cinema.
4- The film finally becomes a central cliché and the end of the film originates from this.

It seems that the biggest challenge of making the movie "Wait Until Dark" was choosing and convincing an actor for the negative role opposite "Audrey Hepburn". One of the notable points is that "Audrey Hepburn" was a nurse at one point in the World War and she nursed the Chinese-born film director "Terrence Yang" in the war. The movie is a classic drama/thriller and follows the rules of the classic movie well. Almost more than 80% of the film is in the domestic location and we have seen classic decoupage. Light is an important category in this film, from the title to the burning blindness and darkening of the apartment, as well as night and day and the curtain that keeps opening and closing. The choice of location is smart, and the other thing is that the movie is a movie adaptation of a show. In some minutes, it gives the audience the feeling of watching a show.
