For some reason I keep watching the few Swedish horror films that are made and they all seem to have 1 thing in common, they are all awful. This stinker is actually even worse than all the others, 80 minutes of painful viewing.
The movie is clearly inspired by films like "V/H/S" and "The ABCs of Death" and it consists of 5 small horror story's. They are all pointless and awful with laughable acting, poor setting and terrible effects. One of them is more like a bad porn film than it is a horror story.
I don't write reviews very often but this time I felt the urge to warn people of how bad this really is. I can't believe that I actually paid to watch this and that is almost embarrassing. I actually feel sorry for the actors and filmmakers and I hope for they're sake that not many people will watch this movie.
Avoid at all cost, you are better off to spend those 80 minutes on pretty much anything else. This might be the worst Swedish movie ever made and the lowest grade are rarely more deserved.

When I talk to people and I mention this movie almost none have ever seen it. The few that have seen it always have the same opinion about it, they hate it. The most usual complaint is that almost nothing happens in the movie, but here's the kicker: It is not supposed to.
What the movie is trying to show is a normal day of two paranoid, hypochondriac and narcissistic writers. The dialogue is hilarious as they discuss everything from existential questions to potential conspiracies surrounding the murder of the Swedish prime minister Olof Palme.
Another thing that makes the movie great is the performances from the two lead actors, Dan Ekborg and perhaps Swedens best actor, Peter Haber. The chemistry between the two are fantastic and they really seem to have a fun time filming it.
I consider this to be Swedens most underrated movie ever and it is destined to reach cult status in the future. I will watch this movie many more times and I will lead the battle for this movie to get the recognition it deserves.

I didn't expect this movie to be top class but at least I had hopes for it be pretty entertaining. It turned out to be one of the worst movies I have seen in a long time.
Perhaps the biggest problem is the main character played by Cung Le. He is probably the most uninteresting and boring main character ever. He rarely speaks at all and his face appears to have about 2 different expressions to choose from. There are attempts to bring the character depth by using flashbacks but with a horrible execution.
The plot is super thin and a couple of side plots also exists but they add nothing and leads nowhere. Another thing that rarely get any worse is the acting which is horrific from basically everyone in this movie. But the most annoying thing is the music and sound editing and several times I felt the urge to press the mute button.
The fight scenes isn't that good either, perhaps not the worst I have ever seen but far from saving the movie. If your thinking of watching this movie because JCVD is in it you should know that he hardly does any fighting and he only appears in flashbacks. A bigger role for him might have lifted the movie to at least being watchable.
It doesn't get much worse than this, or at least I hope it don't. The movie is 91 minutes long, I strongly advice you to spend that time more wisely then I did.
