"ACTION HERO BIJU" is not PREMAM. The film was nothing like I expected, but I gotta say I was surprised in a very good way. The movie follows a series of sub- plots ordered in a fine sequence. As the tag line suggests, its just a ride with a police officer. Nivin Pauly has his problems when it comes to do stuff outside his comfort zone, but he shines in this one, unlike in IVIDE. I don't know about others, but I was completely satisfied with his performance. Each and every actors who played the supporting characters were awesome. I will never forget the performance of Suraj Venjaramoodu. The film has life only because the actors are so good. Abrid Shine has made a bold attempt to do a kind of film like this, but hats off. I bet no one could pull this off like he did. This film is not for everyone, and it may not be accepted in theaters now, but this movie is going to be a milestone in the careers of each and everyone associated with it, and yeah it's definitely gonna be a part of Malayalam Cinema hall of fame.

This movie will haunt you for a lifetime. A very usual story and situations, but the execution will render you speechless. Amazing performance by Dulquer, and it is undoubtedly one of the best in his career. The plot is simple, a man loses his wife, he takes revenge. The screenplay too cannot guarantee anything new. We have all seen these situations and characters a thousand times. But what makes it different is how the makers have delivered and packaged it. Dulquer ruled throughout. The dark image suits him very well. Sreenivasan and Vinay Forrt were awesome. But it was Vinu Mohan who surprised me. He was splendid. The Malayalam film industry is not so familiar with such intense movies, and I think this one is a little ahead of its time. Hope this movie will get recognition it deserves, someday.

I had no expectations while watching Pacific Rim, even I saw the massive 7.6 rating here at IMDb. I didn't look for a realistic masterpiece. I just wanted to be entertained for two hours, like I was entertained by Hellboy.

Well, I was not at all disappointed. There were some excellent special effects and fights. Especially Gypsy danger kicking ass of every Kaiju she encounters. The story was decent, and if you look for plot holes in an action movie, you cannot enjoy it, ever.

One thing I didn't like was some cliché situations, such as Raleigh's escape from his past, a 'only you can do it' re-call by the chief, and some buddy pair scenes. Rest was awesome.

Go for it if u want some mind blowing robots vs alien action.
