This has to be one of the worst movies ever.I have seen alot of bad movies,but this is terrible.The storyline,acting,setting are among the worst I have seen in filming.

I hate cooking shows but this is good entertainment value.Also Gino is hilarious.And Mel is beautiful.Its always worth a watch even just to learn some new cookery skills in the process.I never miss this show,its better than This Morning TV show.And the co-hostess is better to look at than Fern or Holly or Rachelle on this morning.It should be on longer than an hour because its a great way to pass lunchtime.And it breaks the day up and it does not seem as long.I love when Gino appears on celebrity juice and this is just as good but without the whole filth.Mel is amazing even for a woman with a history of domestic abuse ha ha.I still love to watch her on the TV.I used to hate cooking but i have now learnt to cook much better than before.

I find this show really useful.Would recommend it for serious gym users and or bodybuilders.The 5 out of ten is for good information.The show is good though.It has everything on offer from start to finish total information centre right in your own home in comfort watching it with a nice smooth creamy delicious protein shake.The presenters really know their stuff and seem to really know what they re talking about.Also it is cheaper than buying magazine after magazine wasting money for useless information by professional bodybuilders paid to advertise the magazine for x amount of money.The female host is attractive which is pleasant bonus to watch on screen.

First saw this movie when i was buying a video of Maximum Risk,which is a decent Van Damme film.So i watched this film and was not disappointed,i was entertained throughout the whole movie.The action was practically non-stop.The storyline is decent enough with ruthless business men hunting homeless war veterans,and the street-wise Chance Boudreaux was going to find out sooner or later,to bad for the bad guys.The action scenes are spot on.When Van Damme first appears,you just know the s**t is going down.In roughly the first half hour of the film sees a fight at a café in which Van Damme breaks a guys arm it is brutal.As the film rolls on,we discover Chance's background and how he himself has experienced the streets.Lance Henrickson is great as the Emil Fouchon chief bad guy,you just love to hate.And Arnold Vosloo as his sidekick Pick Van Cleef was great and funny at times.You just know when he utters the words "Randall,Randall,Randall" that Randall was in for a very bad day.Wilford Brimley as the enjoyable and funny uncle Douvee.The tag-line for this movie is "Don't Hunt What You Cant Kill" and the bad guys should have realised this.This is a decent and enjoyable Van Damme film.

This is one of Van Damme best films,i always credit my top five personally as A.W.O.L,Kickboxer and Death Warrant/Double Impact,Bloodsport,Wake Of Death.Van Damme acting wasn't so great,especially in the hospital scenes.This is a classic revenge story of brotherly love.Van Damme showcases his martial arts ability here,which some say is not real Thai Boxing.Who cares? we watch this because we see people getting their asses kicked all over the screen.I first saw this when i was only about 8 years old and my older brother rented it along with Bloodsport.There is some funny parts in this movie,which make it more interesting and enjoyable.Tong Po is a real bad ass dude,you can see the evil in his eyes throughout the movie.But he plays his part well enough.The trainer Xian brings some light comic scenes to the film,And creates some classic lines like "wood in a palm tree".This movie shows Van Dammes martial arts talent as i said,but it has a heart-felt story to it.This is a classic martial arts movie for any fan of martial arts or Van Damme.If you like this then check out the Kickboxer franchise,and just remember to enjoy as a time passing viewing.

As a loyal JCVD fan,I would go as far to say that this and Wake Of Death and Until Death,JCVD,and Assassination Games are Van Damme's better movies of the new millennium.This was not just another martial arts movie,this had action,drama,thrills and a heart felt storyline.As far as Van Damme acting this was a decent effort.Van Damme can act more in dramas than just all action films.I originally thought that this was just simply another prison movie just like Death Warrant.Death Warrant although one of my favourites lacks the decent acting performance Van Damme attempts here.And i believe he pulled it off and made a decent movie for the first time in years.You can feel his pain through the movie,and sympathise with Van Damme character here from start to finish.Marnie Alton from Replicant was starring alongside Van Damme again,she is a beautiful and decent actress.I feel she puts some effort in to this movie and fits her role perfectly.This is a good movie if you enjoy Van Damme or just want to pass the time.If you want a lot of blood and killings watch Wake Of Death.If you want action and decent fight scenes then watch In Hell.

Wow what a movie The Crow is.I first saw this movie when i was 10 and my older brother rented it from local video store.I was amazed by it.But strangely enough, i never appreciated it until i was about 15/16.I matured quickly.I had it on video and my machine chewed it up.After a while of searching for it, i found it on DVD cheap in a video store.This is one of the few movies to have everything you could want from a film except sex.This movie has lots of Action,Thrills,Drama,Horror,Excitement,And some one-liners.The scenes are very well filmed and you can feel all of the emotions of Brandon's character.This is rated highly in my all time favourite movies,i have seen a lot of movies over the years including every Bruce and Brandon lee movies ever made.It is tragic that Brandon,like his father before him did not get to enjoy his biggest movie success.The Crow,Rapid Fire and Legacy Of Rage are the top three movies of Brabdon lee in my opinion in that order.Bruce would be Enter The Dragon,Fists Of Fury,and The Big Boss.Brandon like his father before him died to soon.But Bruce and Brandon will forever be remembered for The Crow and Enter The Dragon.I would recommend this movie for anyone who wants an all in one film,This has it all.R.I.P Bruce and Brandon.Gone too soon.

This is a different movie in the action genre.A sexy woman kicking guys asses all over the screen.Whats not to love.Is it because it is a woman?.Why all the hate for that reason alone?.This movie takes me back to the old school classic action movies like Cory Everson in Double Impact where she kicked Van Damme's ass.Or Bridget Fonda in Assassin,Michelle Rodriguez in Girlfight,S.W.A.T,Fast and Furious.Sometimes the guys just have to take a backseat and let the women do the work.Women can be just as tough as the men when it comes to action.Whether its films or real life.So lets give the woman a break and lets not be so sexist towards them.

I only watched this movie because Amber Heard was in it.I really wish i had not now.I was extremely bored from start to finish,and was praying for the movie to end.Im not a big Johnny Depp fan,but i think he and Amber could have picked a better movie to be honest.That of course is just my own opinion though.I know actors and actresses sometimes make bad choices in their careers,This is Amber and Johnny's in my opinion.I rated this movie 4/10 because i feel that it is all this movie deserves.I first saw the beautiful Amber Heard in the O.C,Alpha Dog and All The Boys Love Mandy Lane.Then i saw Never Backs Down and i enjoyed her more in that film.

I saw this movie advertised and thought i would give it a go.And i was glad i did,as i was entertained from start to finish.I thought Maria Bello and Stephen Dorff played their parts really well.I always enjoyed Maria acting since i saw her in Payback.I thought the direction and camera work was great.The scenes were really played out well.The plot was simple enough to follow.This is a movie i would recommend for an entertaining night.This movie would have been a bit better if it was just a little longer and was more drawn out.But all in all its a really good decent movie,i would watch again.Give it a go,you wont be disappointed.

I had saw this movie advertised but never bothered with it.Then i decided to give it a go as i was bored.It was a heartfelt and very touching story.It was sad to see a former champion who had lost everything and was getting his chance to get back in the spotlight.Samuel L Jackson really stood out in this movie.Even Josh Hartnett gave a decent performance.Rachael Nichols stood out as well i thought.Teri Hatcher of Desperate Housewives gave a nice performance.Also all the cast were great acting in this movie.I really enjoyed it.Its sad to think that former champions and heroes really fall apart and that sometimes there is not life after the ring in this case.I could see that the actors and actresses were actually trying their best in this movie to give the best performances that they could give.

Well this is one of my personal favourite Van Damme films.Its a prison movie and a an action/drama/crime movie.Van Damme goes undercover to prison where inmates have been disappearing and discovers that their body parts- livers etc are being sold by the corrupt guards.Van Damme gets off to a decent tart in uncovering the truth with some decent fight scenes.Then "The Sandman" enters the prison and recognises Van Damme and reveals his real identity.Along the way Van Damme is helped by the beautiful Cynthia Gibb.There is a scene where Van Damme arrive in his cell and his cell mate wants him to pay.Van Damme replies i"i don't pay,and i don't punk".As he says this he has his cell-mate pinned against the wall which is actually funny.The Sandman is unstoppable,but he hasn't met Van Damme yet.Now Van Damme must survive and bring the truth to light.This really is one of his best movies.Still watching this classic in 2020.Still as great as ever

When i first saw this movie,i thought the usual Van Damme kick-ass movies.Well i was wrong and i was glad,because this is one of his better movie.It shows Van Damme can act as his later films JCVD and Wake Of Death,and Until Death show.This is a darker side to Jean Claude,we have seen him as a bad guy in No Retreat,No Surrender and Black Eagle.We have seen him play twins in Double Imact.But we have never seen him so evil as he is in this film.His character is portrayed very dark and psychotic.He is a woman killer with no conscience.And Catherine Dent from TV's the shield gave a decent performance as Michael Rookers partner.I thought Michael played his part well especially when the killer phones his house to taunt him.As the film goes on we see how "The Torch" is a killer and his past is revealed.I think this is one of the best Van Damme films he has made.

As a Van Damme fan when i saw this film i was instantly blown away.The only thing i didn't like was the brother storyline again.How many brothers has this guy got.But seriously this is an action movie from start to finish.There is car chases, fights, and of course a beautiful woman.What more could you ask for?.Well nothing really,this movie has it all and to think it was from the start of Van Damme's drug taking days.He must have been on drugs to make Double Team which is'nt bad film ,just bad actors (Dennis Rodman).Any way Maximum Risk is a movie that will have you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.The fight scenes are great and well directed.And it has Natasha Henstridge who acts well and puts on a decent performance.She is also easy on the eye in more ways than one.

The opening scenes in the prison alone were enough to grab my attention of the under-rated Michael Jai White.His acting was believable and decent performance.Loved the inclusion of Kimbo Slice in the beginning fight.Although i rank him as just being a street fighter and not a U.F.C fighter.His acting was average.Michael's was excellent.He has come along way since Universal Soldier:The Return.Michelle Belegrin and Gina Carano were beautiful and easy on the eye along with the Asian woman at the table.There was also a big black dude who could move fast and his muscular size captured my viewing imagination.I also enjoyed seeing the women fighting instead of just the men.Michael is bad-ass in this movie.There was broken bones to prove it.This is a movie i would never tire of watching again and again.The storyline was simple and realistic.Michael is absolutely BAD TO THE BONE.

I saw this film advertised on TV,but never gave it much of a thought.I watched it tonight and i really enjoyed it.I saw Clint Eastwood as a grumpy old man who was mentally scarred from previous war trauma in Korea.I could understand why he was grumpy.Also his wife dying left him scarred mentally.Although near the end he was beginning to mellow a little,which i thought was nice.I could relate to the distant family and could understand why they cant bear to be around him.I really enjoyed this movie.The name Kowalski reminded me of Killer Kowalski the former pro wrestler who trained Triple H.The Hmong kid was funny and i laughed a couple times at the way Clint's character treated him.I know i should not have laughed but it was funny.

I was always a fan of Denzel Washington,but never bothered to see this film for some reason.Then i picked it up cheap a few years ago.I was hooked i watched it twice on the same day.It is a simple straight up revenge story,Denzels character is a alcoholic bodyguard.Denzel cutting a mans fingers off and burning them with a cigarette lighter to stop the bleeding was brilliantly done.Denzel really shines in this film,you can see he enjoys his role here.Dakota Fanning is a talented actress and played her part really well.This is one of the best films i have ever seen,and i have seen a lot.I would recommend it as well as Taken,which is similar in the story lines.Also this is way better than The Bodyguard.

This has to be for me one of the biggest load of monkey crap i have ever seen.i was bored throughout the whole movie.The best part was when the credits rolled.I enjoy movies like time cop and total recall etc,but i really couldn't enjoy this no matter how much i tried to.I don't know how this got an 8/10 rating to be honest.If you are bored and have nothing else to do,you will just be even more bored watching this.I enjoyed Leonardo DiCaprio in movies like Titanic,Catch me if you can,The Beach etc.But this is one of his worst for me personally.I have now wasted two and half hours of my life, which i will never get back.Watching this movie makes me think comeback Steven Seagal all is forgiven.I think i need to lie down after having watched this awful film.I love films and have watched a lot over the years.And sometimes if i like them i will watch them again,This i definitely wont be watching again.I don't drink,but this movie would drive you to it.

I went in to this film expecting another great movie like the original.Well i was very disappointed.Michael Jai White is a decent actor and i enjoyed watching him in Universal Soldier:The Return.In this film he certainly is no Mr Miyagi.The other characters were not the best of actors to be honest.The fighting was decent enough though and i enjoyed all the M.M.A action.I enjoyed the story bringing in different characters and backgrounds in M.M.A.I would recommend only watching this if you are bored or pick it up in the bargain bin at your local video store.And the scene where they train one fighter by punching a piece of paper has got to be the worse scene in a movie ever.This should have never been made.I guess some things really do look better on paper.

This is possibly the best Jean Claude Van Damme has ever acted.All his lines were perfect,and his acting was really believable.His son and daughter along with Scott Adkins look set to be the next big stars of our new millennium.Jean Claude actually looked comfortable on camera the most comfortable since JCVD.And Jean Claudes daughter Bianca was easy on the eye.She is very beautiful.I also enjoyed the girl who played October as well.If Van Damme continues to make movies like this,he will be like the old days action hero once again.I liked the storyline and how Jean Claudes real life son was against him along with the rubbish gangster from east enders.Van Damme is back....with a vengeance.

Having heard all the talk about how good Taken was,i decided i wanted to see it.So when it came on sky(film 4)i decided to give it a try.I really enjoyed this movie.You could really understand and feel sorry for Liam Neeson as he heard his daughter being Taken.Even Holly Valance shows up,which was nice viewing.And a surprise,as i never thought much of her acting abilities to be honest.But i would absolutely recommend this movie to anyone looking for action and excitement.It is a good movie to watch and is not a waste of time.I had never really paid attention to Liam Neeson before.But i would watch other films with him in them as he is a solid and decent convincing actor.

I found this film to be one of van Dame's best,along with double impact and death warrant,bloodsport,hard target.I actually felt kind of sorry for his character "Lyon".But i found this to contain a lot of action and a decent story.I felt that the end fight with "Atilla" was brilliantly put together.I also found all the actors to be believable.I also felt that van Dame put some acting effort and emotions in to this film.If you are looking for a decent story and plenty of action then check this movie out.I have seen this movie more than 200 times since i was only 10 years old and i was hooked.I first saw kick boxer and never stopped watching JCVD ever since.

As a huge fan of JCVD,i have all his movies.And over the years,his movies have been watchable.Even a few of them have been good.My favourites are-A.W.O.L,Death Warrant and Double Impact,Hard Target.I found a few of his movies to be strange e.g Double Team.I always remained a huge fan of JCVD.On watching this film and seeing him in a gangster role,i was surprised at how good it was.I felt as though JCVD really tried with some acting in this movie.And i found this movie quite violent and showed a JCVD in a role he was more comfortable with.This is why i have rated it so high as 8/10.just because its a different side to JCVD.
