I watched the first episode of it on a site that wants you to evaluate the show and express your opinion of it. I was extremely bored and couldn't wait for it to end.
There isn't a likeable character in it. Rose Byrne and Seth Rogen were trying to hard to be raunchy and offensive. There was no chemistry between them at all.
I don't know how it made it to ten episodes without getting cancelled before that. I definitely had no interest in finding out anything further about these characters.
The show was just trying to be over the top raunchy with the sexual innuendos and the profanity. Don't waste your time.

I watched the pilot episode online today and I see it doesn't have any ratings yet. It has a release date of January 2024 but nothing else about it.
Here's my honest review: don't bother watching it. The characters were not at all likeable. Especially the main character Doctor Amy Larsen (played by Molly Parker). She was my least favorite character.
I barely made it through the forty three minutes without turning it off, but I watched it until the end. Imdb indicates that the episode aired in January of 2024 but I don't think that is correct, unless they only made one episode.
If they did only make one episode, I think that is a wise choice. None of the characters or the plot were interesting enough for me to even want to see a second episode of it.

Battleground is the worst of the television mini-series adaptation of Nightmares and Dreamscapes, Stephen King's collection of short horror stories. I'm shocked that it is the highest rated of the television mini-series adaptation of Nightmares and Dreamscapes, Stephen King's collection of short horror stories.
I guess everyone has their own taste but it is hardly worthy of a 7.8 stars out of 10 stars. I give it 1 star out of 10 stars. My suggestion is to skip this and watch the rest of them.
I don't have anything else to type about this episode of the television mini-series adaptation of Nightmares and Dreamscapes, Stephen King's collection of short horror stories.
