There were so many good points to this movie, the build up was great, and at sometimes quite clever the way it''s done..

which unfortunately leads you into thinking your watching a clever movie, the ending / motives will be really good...

but it's not, it fizzles out so quickly and the clever build up is instantly ruined, not only does it not make sense, which is annoying on every level, it's just stupid,

whats the point in having flashbacks to an earlier part of the movie like some detective noticing something, when it doesn't matter, nothings changed.

The improbability, lack of consistency in the story, plot holes too big to ignore, ruin this completely when actually from the first hour had so much going for it.

The movie was fine, I guess. I think the high rating got expectations up, when actually it was just another run of the mill hollywood tickboxing exorcise that took very few risks.

I was disappointed with the lack of suspense, scenes were mainly played through ticking boxes that needed to give a nod to previous movies for the fans and action and visuals for the new ones. They were all ticked.

The movie was ok though, i just thought it was going to return to the feel the original ones provided, rather than just use the same dialogue.

Disappointing if you go in with high expectations, but good if you are expecting a continuation of the previous movie in the franchise.

This isn't a good movie, it's not deep, clever, or anything it's desperately trying to be.

Yeah yeah metaphor after metaphor and whatever, i think there was a point being made, and actually there were times when i thought it made it well.

But most of the time it shoves it's point down your throat so much you know what is going to happen next. It was too blunt.

The last act seemed inevitable from the start, and maybe they thought it too so added a load of blood to try and surprise it up.

The best thing about this though, is that it did have a point, and was all a bit weird. I don't think it mixed the weird comedy in well, but at least it was weird. And will be something you'll be talking about after for a while.
