A 2h buildup that leads nowhere

The entire time I kept thinking, or hoping, that the tension they were trying to build would lead to some development and conclusion but nope. The acting is the usual Quebec quality; subpar to most every other country. And there is no storyline at all. Simply events that lead nowhere. And a very ungrateful privilege white cis Olympic winning swimmer.
