The Sixth Commandment (2023)
True Horror
The unlimited stories involving manipulation and gaslighting, over fills the bath a person is drowned in.
The cruel desire for power from a human, in gentle ways to subjugate older people, the
smiling and kind devil over tea starts to destroy.
I'm back watching the second episode. In tiny bits I can watch.
This is real as stated, blindness to religion, to politics, to family,
can place you in hell if you can't see or hear truth. We cannot pretend someone cares.
Candy floss doesn't make America Great. Doesn't hide the manipulation evil waits and watches for the suffering to jump and cover them with lies!
A fantastic terrible work. ✌🏼🤓
Naked City (1958)
Best New York Police Stories
All our great actors work here. Anyone who played broadway and went to Hollywood did an hour on this show.
It gives me great pleasure to watch great thoughtfully written stories.
Themes that relate to todays sad and wonderful time.
From the beginning with James Fransiscus to Paul Burke, we see honest people working. Criminals with lives we don't want to live, innocent people believing lies at the attempt at happiness.
The poor and rich tempted to the other side. Mistakes made and violence. A persons nightmare at the inability to support a family.
The pathetic lives of normal people with heart breaking problems. Their desperate account of trying to survive.
And the police who do their job and care about people of New York City.
Suspect (2022)
Crap
James Nesbit is now portraying vengeful killings as his right. Not only is he boring and miserable to watch, the avenging 'angel'
has no self awareness. Give me comedy James. You stink at drama. All those great actors have to protect your privileged scowl. How do they manage? They try to carry you.
The European original had mystery. The father, though crazy from guilt, (it's all about guilt), crusaded through the story with obsessive passion to explain his daughter's death. Meeting her acquaintances, discovering her life style from a position of complex, complete ignorance.
James Nesbit stinks in this version. A flat one face character. For suckers who love misery cheaply portrayed, enjoy.
Elven (2017)
Quiet Brilliance
Few words, action, sometimes slow, like the broad open landscape, anything is possible. Following the few characters we enter a world after the Cold War, in our time, with history of countries suffered from it. Still suffering from corruption and duplicity, boarder people trying to get truth from civil and military authorities.
